This is the third time that I’ve come here and spent $ 15 on two dozen donuts. Each time the hot light has been on and I’ve asked for hot donuts. Each time they’ve given me two boxes of donuts that were prepackaged before I arrived and at room temperature. If you want hot donuts you’re going to have to go inside the store and make sure they give you hot because what they hand you in the drive-thru is not.

Terrible drive thru experience! Pulled into get a medium cup of coffee with a hazelnut flavor shot. Was talked into a Hazelnut Latte. Whatever! Ended up with a medium cup of warm milk As I’m leaving just about took out the front end of my car narrowly missing the«Grand Canyon» pothole in the parking lot. Train your employees on how to make a latte and HAVEYOURPOTHOLEREPAIRED!!!

Kind of hit or miss. Sometimes they are light and airy and other times they are super dense. The one by Vanderbilt has way better consistency, but sometimes that hot light just pulls you in!

Have been there twice and both times were a huge fail! I always give a place a second opportunity before making a decision. First time my order was incorrect AND charged me for someone else’s drink! Second visit, there were very few donuts available. I could not even get a half dozen of regular glazed donuts! I asked about the apple fritters and was told they were just coming up fresh and it would be a two minute wait to box them up. Perfect… I can wait two minutes for fresh donuts. Wrong… Checked back after 5 minutes and they were just placing them on the production line. We were told the minute the came off they would box them up right away. Okay… We waited once again and saw our lovely fritters coming off and the employee boxing them up. it was two dozen and he brought them up to the register to hand them to someone who arrived only a few minutes ago! I ask the male employee about mine and he told me those were for the man who just ordered them and I would need to order some. WHAT? I did order 20 minutes ago! I found the original person who took my order and she told him I already did and walked away. No explanation, no apology for the wait. I will never return to this location again! Please get new management and training for these employees! Unfortunately… These two employees were managers!

I’ve had these donuts before, but this was my first visit to the place they’re born. You can see the whole operation behind glass… donut creation. Only went one time, so nothing to compare it to, but the staff was pretty friendly during my visit.

I’m afraid you never know what you are gonna get with this location. Recently, I had great service and the donuts were perfection. But, the other day unfortunately, I encountered an employee who obviously didn’t want to be there, impatiently rushed me along with my order, had not one thing to say to me when I reached the window, but DID have a grim look for me. *shiver* I just wanted some fresh donuts! I’m sorry, I thought that’s what you were there for! And, sadly, some of the donuts were subpar as well. I ordered 2 crème-filled donuts, and I swear you could see into the holes and they were empty! Weak. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ I started this review mid-July and am just now finishing it. Well, the donuts I got today are not very good at all. Today I would give them 2 stars. So, I wish I could overall give this Krispy Kreme 2.5 stars. Definitely a disappointment. :-/
