Decided to try this out since it is on my way to work and Starbucks is always so busy. So for the last 6 weeks I have gone through the drive in. The dark headed young lady at the drive through is rude. When I try to order at the intercom system she is chatting with other people and it is hard to place an order. When she messed up my order she acted like it was my fault. Last week I gave her my money and she closed the window. After a minute she opened the window and said, «Do you need something else?» I said, «My coffee please.» She said in a rude voice, «I gave you your coffee.» I told her she did not give me coffee and she could see into my car. Then she turned around and saw that she hadn’t. She handed it to me and shut the window. Never get any kind of Thank you, Have a nice day or anything. After the last 3 weeks of issues I have decided to wait in line at Starbucks and at least get a hello and a smile. By the way, I go early and there are no lines so she is not busy.

Poor entry and exit! Window server was rude. Great coffee but hey the customer service was horrible. Lots of places in Franklin which give great customer service a 3 poo from me.

What’s to say. This is not a gourmet or craft or boutique donut shop. It’s a branch of a chain of nearly nationwide donut shops. The best you can say for this place is that it is reasonably consistent with other DDs. Pretty good hot coffee, fair selection of commonplace donuts. Specialty drinks and sandwiches also available. Staff is friendly enough. Seniors get a 10% discount…(thank you). Drive through gets jammed early morning as the rush to the office gets underway. Yes, we’ll stop again… but only because my grandson likes their jelly-filled Munchkins(donut holes) and… they’re about the only donut joint in this part of town.

I love Dunkin’ Donuts and wish we had more locations around the metro-Nashville area. I tried this one out this morning because it was close to a business meeting and it was by far my worst experience with a DD. When I drove up, I saw a young man with his pants falling down was on foot at the drive-thru window. It looked as if the person working the window was pushing him away and I was legitimately worried, but it turned out I guess they were flirting. By the time I pulled around, he wasn’t there anymore. The person answering the drive-thru was abrupt and rude and never confirmed my order or my total. I went ahead and pulled around and NOTHING about my order was correct. I ordered a bagel toasted w/out cream cheese(she even asked me if I wanted cream cheese and I said«no thank you»)… I got a cold bagel smothered in cream cheese. I ordered an iced coffee with just a little skim milk. I am not sure what I got, but it definitely tastes like it has some artificial sweeteners in there. No napkins in the bag either. Luckily, it was ‘free iced coffee’ day, so it’s hard to complain too much since it was free. Service throughout the brief experience was bismal. I hope if we do get new DDs around town, this management and crew is not replicated. I was really hoping to love this location, as it is close enough to my work where I would’ve taken the extra time to come here regularly.

I love some dunkin donuts coffee. This is one of the worst run stores I have ever been to. Weak coffee and low inventory of donuts on a very busy morning. The staff is in no hurry to serve customers.
