Since I’m a Yankee born girl you know I had to try the pizza because of the name of this Pizza palor! The pizza was great! Best I’ve had since moving to Tennessee 5 months ago. The owners came out and introduced their self to us, and the rest of the staff was pretty friendly too. It is a little pricy for a pie, but it is really good! Will definitely go back.

Called for a to go order, was put on hold. Listening to a lot of conversation, 14 minutes later, I hung up and tried calling back. Guess what? 20 minutes later their phone is still off the hook, goes straight to voicemail. Wonder how many customers you all lose a day due to your employees«forgetting» they put someone on hold. Don’t make people work sooooooo hard to give you their money!

I had to update my review and give that 5th star back. This is the best pizza in the area by a long shot. Not a fan of the garlic bread, but the meatballs rock too. Nice guys.

Food is excellent. The reason for the poor review is the fact that I waited 30 minutes for them to open today and they were a no-show. If you have something come up, call someone to tell your potential customers that you’ll be late. It’s not that difficult.

This place is the real deal. I lived in NYC for a while and you just can’t get real NY pie in TN. Father, son, daughter — all in he family and from … You guessed it BROOKLYN! If you like whole real cheese and home made sauce and real NY attitude this is your place!

Not sure where these reviews are coming from… friends and family? Had their pizza last night and the whole experience was terrible. I called multiple times for take out, never got through. Pizza sucked, it was a grease pit and expensive. Give me Mellow or Papa, won’t be back.

NY Pie in West Nashville was always our go-to pizza place(with some Five Points mixed in) but we made the trek from West Nashville and it was oh so worth it. I mean, SO worth it.

Do you remember the good old days? When you would go out to your favorite neighborhood pizza joint with your teenage friends? And you would bite into that fresh, piping hot-out-of the oven pizza? And you would burn the roof of your mouth — yet go back for another bite, and another — over and over — ’cause it was sooooo good! Welcome to Brooklyn Brothers Pizza where you can relive those days.(I did that at lunch and burned several layers off the roof of my mouth.) Graciously greeted, order at the counter then be entertained by watching Michael or Samantha toss your pie, the old fashioned way. Or watch one of the TVs tuned to a sports channel or listen to piped in country music.(Ok, not so Brooklyn anymore in that regard… but read on.) better yet, maybe just visit with your companion(s). They say 18″ pies, but I swear they look more like 20 or 24 inch! Served right out of the oven, these monster-size pies had a thin, crisp crust topped with savory sauce, piquant peppers, spicy sausage, and mellow mushrooms, plus ooey gooey stringy mozzarella. Oh my! Take me back to the streets of my youth, the haunts of New York, Atlantic City, and the really good pizza joints like they used’a be. Like I said, welcome to Brooklyn Brothers Pizza.

The food is good but just like the businesses there before it, they have a bad work ethic. If you post that you are open until 7pm you need to be willing to take orders until 7pm. They closed on Sunday at 6:35 pm I could not get anyone on the phone so thinking maybe their phone system was down I drove up there. The door was open but they were cleaning and unwilling to take my order at 6:40 pm. 20 minutes before they were supposed to be closed. Sadly, this business just like the pizza place before it will not stay open if this is a regular practice. Know your business if you are not busy on Sunday past 6:00 pm then change your posted hours.

We started going here about 6 months ago and the pizza was FABULOUS. The owner was there quite a bit in the beginning. The past several times young, VERY unfriendly people have been there. I believe one is the owner’s son. Pizza has gone down from it’s previous glory. Prices ARE high but it used to be worth driving there all the way from Smyrna. This was our second conscience attempt to see if things were better. Nope.

Haven’t tried the pizza yet as we have been waiting for more than an hour, they aren’t even busy, and at this point we are not at all happy. The restaurant smells wonderful but the wait staff is not friendly and the pizza is expensive! This may be the best pizza in Franklin but we won’t be coming back. Added bonus, a family that came in AFTER we did have already eaten and just left… yet here we sit.

Fan-freakin-tastic pizza!!! This is the closest flavor this Yankee born girl can get outside of NY state. Everyone has a friendly face and Michael, the owner, is an absolute pleasure. This place is a breath of fresh air to the Franklin area… make sure you stop by and get you a slice.

By far the best pizza we’ve had I since moving to Tennessee. The sauce is amazing. The crust perfectly thin! The staff was friendly.

Here for the fist time, also from Brooklyn NY, and so far first impressions are not good. The staff is super unfriendly and not helpful. You walk in and they tell you nothing, not even hello. Being here for the first time we sat ourselves the waited for 10 for the waitress and no one ever came, because there is none you have to Order your self, but none tells you that, but with all that said the food is GREAT, best pizza I’ve had in a long while. Good job, i’ll be back.

Big improvement over the last pizza place. Actually better than some pizza I had in New York.

Let me start off by saying Brooklyn Brothers is an improvement from it’s former Brothers Pizza. The pizza is good with the crust being thin and crispy most of the time. Honestly, my issues are with the prices and the staff. We ordered two 12″ pizzas… one was pepperoni, the other a margarita. Our total was $ 35.00 Seriously? Like… for real life? Is this made with all organic ingredients? Then maybe… Meanwhile while we eat our pizza, we get to sit there and listen to the staff argue and bicker. The girl making the pizza is just ticked off about her life and the fact she’s making pizza. The other people stopped bickering and she just kept on. Your customers DON’T want to hear this! (this is the 2nd time we’ve had to endure the arguing while we try to enjoy our dinner) When you walk into the place… they’re pretty much indifferent on whether you’re there or not. The owner walks around and asks how you like your pizza which is great but I think he needs to find a few people that actually want to be there. Meanwhile we’ll be looking for a replacement.

We just moved to the area and decided to try their works pizza for dinner. Wow! Best pizza I’ve had in a very long time! I’m so glad this place is in my neighborhood. I can tell I will be a regular customer!

The pizza is great but the service is mediocre at best. The staff is young and pretty indifferent towards you. Kind of makes me not want to come back but I have for the pizza. The crust is thin and perfect for folding over. It’s totally different from the previous Brothers pizza — different owners, different style pizza. This is a New York, crisp and flat pizza. It’s very good. Seems legit. I’d much rather support a small mom & pop pizza place as opposed to a chain.

One of the best pizza’s you can find in Nashville. New owners know how to make a pie. I’ll drive all the way from Bellevue to get some pizza here. The owner, Michael and his daughter, have made pizzas at NY Pie since they opened and are now out on their own. The quality definitely shows and Michael is always making up other dishes to try out besides the pies. Check it out. You will be surprised how good it is!
