Yeah… so let me join the chorus of dissatisfaction for this Pizza Hut location. So I logged into my Pizza Hut account online and entered my Hotel details for delivery(a *major hotel chain* with *room number included*, mind you). Admittedly, I didn’t notice when placing the order that my old(disconnected) home phone number was listed, but again, I ADDED A MAJORHOTEL w/my ROOMNUMBER referenced the order. I even added delivery notes to *come straight to the room*!!! The online time tracker informed me my order was on the way(by 9:43p). At 10:08p…no order. I call the local Pizza Hut number(8 minutes after it closed unfortunately) and it routed me to some national Pizza Hut hotline. It was at this point that they informed me that my order was canceled because the number that was listed didn’t work. Again, I take the blame for overlooking the disconnected number… but you would think they would still come to the hotel and dial-up my room number to complete delivery. Considering the balance of reviews for this Pizza Hut chain equally scream dissatisfaction, I would say that it’s likely a good thing my order was canceled. Congrats, Pizza Hut… I took my business over to Papa Johns since you were so quick to cancel and not take an extra minute to figure out my [Hotel] location :-(.

Went an picked up my 2 pizzas and when I got it home they both were very dry. When I called manager to complain he was very rude and refused to be flexible with any compensation.

Terrible service. Extremely slow service. For carry out and arrived 12 minutes after our pickup time… waited an extra 30 mins on top of that. No apology or mention of it being late. Bad bad bad. Hit up any other pizza joint in town over this crap.
