We went in maybe 30 minutes til close, stylist Ashlee was in the shop alone closing up. My sister in law asked for her daughter’s hair to be layered and shorter bangs as usual. Sis in law asks me what I’m going to do to my hair, and Ashlee looks at me like ‘i am not about to cut your hair too’ [by then it was 15min til close] and I reply ‘i don’t think she has time to do my hair.’ Anyways, she rushed with niece’s hair, bangs uncut and hair not layered, same length all around. She was off the following day so I wonder what her rush was to get out of there by 5 on the dot so bad. When I worked at other places with closing times you had to accept them until the closing time. I guess she was having a bad day.

The Master Stylist Heather is spectacular! She is very friendly, knowledgable and excellent at what she does. The other girl, Ashley, that frequently answers the phone is not friendly at all. I’ve spoken to the person who referred me to Heather, and she made the same comment as well. I’ve called many times, and get the same cold response. I do not feel that Ashley should lose her job or anything, just be more friendly when clients call to make an appointment. Needless to say, it is very difficult to get in for an appointment with Heather because she is SO GOOD.
