CrossFit Brentwood Hills

Awesome gym, great workouts, and even better people! I’ve been an at-​home/​YMCA crossfitter for 5 years and just joined CFBH last summer. I couldn’t justify paying to workout when I have a gym in my garage. Now I’d never go back! The results, improvement, confidence, and friendships I’ve gained in such a short time are what motivate me to keep coming back everyday (and sometimes twice a day). I’m hooked! You can’t replace the comaraderie and encouragement (and sometimes competitiveness:)) you get during your workouts here. At least come by and try us out… you won’t regret it!

As a new member to CrossFit, it has been a great experience starting my journey with CFBH. From the first time I went in to get information about the gym, everyone has been so informative and welcoming. All members are super helpful and friendly. Nandor and all of the coaches have been awesome in really helping me learn how to properly complete everyday’s workouts. CFBH has challenged me more so than any other workout I’ve ever done. I’m excited to continue reaching my fitness goals with CFBH.

Exceptional. Staff is warm and attentive. They give personal attention to make sure you are achieving your goals in healthy and structured manner. Definitely the place for you if you want a friendly, non-​intimating environment to achieve your fitness and strength goals. Love it.

I’ve called CrossFit Brentwood Hills my home box (gym) for 2+ years. No experience required to visit here! I was a complete novice when I first walked through the door, but Nandor and the other coaches have changed that for the better. All of the coaches are top notch and genuinely care about your progression and they strive to help you become a better you. CFBH is serious about their members achieving their personal fitness goals but belonging to CFBH is more than just being a member of a gym, it is like having a 2^nd family. By and large the same people have been attending my regular class for 2 years, that speaks volumes about results and atmosphere! It might sound like a corny cliché but the community aspect of CFBH is a BIG reason why I keep coming back. We cheer each other on, celebrate personal bests and keep up with each others lives outside of the gym too.

As a member at CrossFit Brentwood Hills (CFBH), I would like to give thanks to the founders of the box, Nandor and Miranda, for their hard work in making this an awesome place. I have been at CFBH for two years and I am by no means an athlete. I came in here for one goal, to better myself. The camaraderie here is like no other box or crossfit gym because our classes tend to be much smaller than many of the «boxes» in the Nashville area. The maximum number of athletes for one class is 12, which makes it possible for the coach (es) to keep an eye out on everyone for form and performance.
Yeah, you’ll watch the CrossFit Games on TV and maybe think that there’s no way anyone could do that. But you can. I can. CrossFit is for anyone and any age. I’m glad to be part of this CrossFit family. Give this place a try. Yeah you’ll feel sore for a few days after the first «WOD» or workout, but the challenge of wanting to do better the next time will keep bringing you back to the «box» for more!

Great Spot for a beginner as well as a newbie.
I’ve been here for 2 years and have transformed my body and my mind. The trainers are attentive and vocal and the crowd is always enthusiastic. Everyone is helpful and supportive which makes going everyday a pleasure.
