Stay away from this place. The lady that cut my hair. Did a fucked up job, she messed up my hair really bad.

Be forewarned, if the staff so chooses for any reason known only to them, they will make you sit and wait while they take others ahead of you. This INCLUDES walk ins. After being treated this way twice they’ve lost my family’s business.
Id be happy to hear from them if they think otherwise.

I’m just leaving the hair salon with a bad taste in my mouth and smell in my nostrils. The woman who cut my hair reeked as if she crawled out of a ash tray. I’m kicking myself for not just walking out. I wasted 20 bucks on a crappy haircut. I plan on never going back.

What a joke. Told 20 min wait. When son is next up guy that walked in after us was taken before him because the other guy wanted the owner to cut his hair. This will be the last time we come to be treated like this by the pos owner and staff.

Why you cant get appts at 4pm
They have appts all day and when I was there at 11 on a Friday they started telling walk ins its A 2 hour wait basically. It’s a busy spot.

The same thing happened to me. Just called on Saturday at 4:25 pm. I could tell they didn’t want another haircut today. So I’ll definitely go someplace else. Don’t need someone on my hair who wishes they were closed at 4:30. Too bad I couldn’t do 0 stars!

I usually go to greatclips however my wife was shopping nearby and I wanted a cut. I didn’t even get in the door on a Saturday before I was told its to late to get a haircut. I walked in at 4:50pm. I guess they close at 5pm. I was told sorry we’re closed. I guess I’ll never get to see what kind of haircuts they give… So I got in the car and headed to great clips and was greeted with open arms 10mins before closing at 6pm.

12÷22÷14. Came in today to get haircuts for my boys. Est wait time 30 mins. Not a problem. Waited 30 mins. The old lady working the station behind the receptionist bypassed us to take her regular, Matt. Then the other lady working across from her decided it was lunch time and had to leave and get a piece of chicken. So what started out being a 30 minute wait was now going to be at least 1 hour. Super cuts apparently is not hurting for business as they are free to pick and choose who they will serve … Great clips, we will see you in the morning

I don’t usually get haircuts, but when I do I always end up here. Only because it’s the nearest thing to my house. I’ve been here more then a few times, and I have to say. They have their good days and bad. There’s probably like 2 – 3 workers depending on what time of day you go to. Some of them are decent haircuters and some of them are ehhh.
Everytime I come here I never get the haircut I want. I always tell them specifically what I want, which is a trim, but fix my layers, leaving it to a long layer in general and my bangs right by my eyelashes. Sometimes they do the job, most times they don’t.
It really is on the hairstylist. I recommend going to the Asian lady. She knows exactly how to do my hair. Maybe cause I like that Asian hair look especially if I want Layers.
In all, this place is alright. I still think $ 17.00 is too much for 10 – 15 minute haircut. Especially with the tip I give. There goes 20 $

Most days you can get in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Today was the first time I saw someone come in and find out it would be 20 minutes for a wait and because he knew one of the hair stylist and or asked for her by name was able to skip over the next person. They knew this was wrong because the made sure to tell the person they skipped over that they are just about ready they were just waiting for the stylist who just come on her shift to finish setting up.

I usually get my Haircut by Bey but when I went in I couldn’t believe that she was no longer working there. I have a hard time and am very picky with who cuts my hair and when I found Bey I stayed going to her. I loved coming to this Supercuts solely for her because I have had the other hair dressers cut my hair and it was not that great. Thankfully I was able to find where Bey went she is currently at Suvia Salon Suites in Brentwood and her number is 925−529−0226 if anyone is looking for her. I seriously plan to follow her wherever she goes so if anyone is looking for her she is there.

First time here. I went based on a recommendation, but very disappointed.
Yes, I got right in, and the staff was courteous. But my haircut was not good. Looks like a chop job.
I’ll just have to keep looking for a better salon.

Been getting my hair cut here for two years now and have no complaints plus the price is great! I drive down from Benicia just to get my hair cut and then visit family every two months. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

I’ve been going there for several months, new to the area from Arizona, and I like the nice folks and hair cuts for my boys and myself — always spot on great. However, my last two visits bothered me because I had to get a hair cut under a human shadow. Meaning, the sun was so strong beaming in the store, they had to have the desk girl stand next to me to block the sun. What kind of craziness is that? Folks, buy some blinds for crying out loud. I thought I was back in Arizona! I asked the girls there why don’t they have blinds, and didn’t get a senseable answer… that told me I am not the only person to ask the question.
If I have to be blinded by the sun again and have some desk person block the sun just so I can see myself get a hair cut, forget it, I will take my family elsewhere.
If you cannot find decent looking blinds and still maintain a good business appearance, then you either don’t know what you’re doing or you’re too cheap — please figure this out, it’s not rocket science.

Worst Supercuts by far. The people are friendly, however, they cannot cut hair very well. Had my haircut there a couple of weeks ago and found that one side was longer than the other. Seemed more like a chop-​chop shop rather than taking pride in cutting customer’s hair. Will not be back!

I have recently found out that Jen who has been cutting my and my families hair for years is no longer with Supercuts. Apparently they don’t appreciate one of their most talented and loyal employees and therefore should not be surprised when her clients leave with her as well. For anyone who is looking for Jen, please call Tangles Salon at 925−240−0333. She will not disappoint anyone looking to get their hair done in a better atmosphere at a decent price!!!

Do yourself a favor — don’t come HERE!
This is a great place to go if you are getting a crew cut, your head shaved or something that is very, very basic. If you are looking for layering, tapering or even hair. This is not your place.
Looking for nice friendly people that greet you when you walk in and are glad to help? Nope not here either BUT, if you are looking for a place where you walk in and they have a look of «what to you want?», then again. this where you need to be.
One other thing. «supercuts»… When you are asking someone how they want their haircut, LISTEN and don’t decide to do your own thing. I came in for what I want. not what you want.
