Been there a few times. The food was taste fully good every time. The owner and chef is a very nice guy that makes wonderful food. The staff needs a little work. We went the two this month and both times were not told about the specials. We only heard them when a different waitress told her table. The last time we were there was Valentin’s night. We were rushed out in a hour. I know that places make money by turning over the tables but we got there at 7pm for our 715pm reservation made on open table. We walked out at 8pm that was app, dinner and desert. My food was not even hot. We order some wine and got the first glasses after apps came then ordered a second and did not come until we were almost done with our dinners. We ordered two coffees and they came after desert was almost done. Because of the owner and chef I gave four stars.

Wow! All I can say is, this place is beyond 5 stars. I came here for dinner with my parents and brother the other night after making a reservation on Open Table. When we got there, our reservation was honored right away and we were brought to a table towards the inside of the restaurant. From the beginning, the staff was friendly and approachable. When I saw the menu, my jaw just about dropped. The options were endless – lobster risotto, glazed salmon, lobster Mac n cheese… It was as if every one of my favorite dishes was on this menu. Before we ordered food, we decided to order some drinks. I got one of the specials, the pumpkin margarita, because duh, pumpkin. My dad got one of the pumpkin beers and my stepmom got a vodka cocktail. Each of our drinks were equally delicious; I’ve never had a pumpkin marg before, but I would again! I loved that even their drink menu was seasonal and full of maple– and pumpkin– flavored alcohols. After much deliberation, we were ready to order. Because I couldn’t decide what I wanted, I made my stepmom split the lobster risotto and cod on a bed of pumpkin grits with the Mediterranean and kale salad for an appetizer. All I can say is: holy shit. My favorite part of the meal was the creamy pumpkin grits, but everything at dinner was incredible. Everything down to the maple vinaigrette on the kale salad was superb and had me licking my plate. Even though we were so full, we got the honey and vanilla bean pudding and chocolate chip cookie for dessert and thank God we did because these were just as incredible as dinner. The portion for the pudding was small but it was so fresh and unlike anything I’ve had. The cookie was filled with a chocolate fudge and was delicious, but if you’re coming here, branch out and try something new! You won’t be disappointed :)

Have been a customer on a regular basis since the Clocktower Grill opened its doors and we have always found the selection of food on the menu to be as terrific as the food. The menu changes often and there are always the specials. You can go and have a full dinner(entrees and appetizers) as well as a salad or special sandwich, and in either case you will leave satisfied. I was reading an earlier review from Stephanie of Brewster, who was irked by a waitress and never talked about the food. The Grill is very conscious of the customers total experience, the food, the service, the drinks… and I think that never having anything but a terrific lunch or dinner that she should re-try the Grill, her review will certainly change. It is certainly one of the better restaurants we have in the area, and knowing that the chef and the management want people to enjoy their meals they try to put out only the best.
