We rented a place in Brewster, newly renovated and we were the first ones. Loved the place. We got a nice little swag bag with goodies from Kinlin. Cindy was very nice, and we really enjoyed our time there.

We rented a house for $ 3000 a week and the place was a DUMP! Regardless of the $ totally unacceptable.
Not cleaned before we came, all kinds of broken lights, window shades, grill had no gas and looked like it had not been cleaned in 3 years, trash bins overflowing, mold on furniture, all the fans had dust years old.
I could go on but either they are totally incompetent or do not want people renting the same place year to year. Classic case of «no one gives a $#!t». Pathetic.
