Lori’s Luxury Rentals

I had a very negative experience with Lori’s Luxury Rentals and Lori herself. I called to inquire about renting a condo/​cabin for my trip to Brianhead. Lori immediately answered and told me that a cabin was still available. She kindly provided me links to this cabin’s pictures and asked that I call her back if I was interested. The photos looked great, so I called back literally 1 – 2 minutes later but no one answered. I left a message w/​my contact info and canceled a reservation that I previously made for that weekend (b/​c I really did like the pictures). However, I never got a call back. I tried calling again later that day (this time the cell phone number given on the answering machine message), but still got no reply. Sure enough, another 2 days went by w/​out any reply or answer to my phone calls. Finally, the morning of my trip, I re-​attempted to book my previous reservations to find that it was no longer available. Therefore, I ended up having to book a hotel room in Cedar City (30 miles away from Brianhead). When I emailed Lori’s Luxury Rentals to respectfully express my frustration, I was surprised to get an immediate reply from Lori (however, her response was very rude and disrespectful).

When you go to Brian Head you have a few different lodging options. I personally enjoy staying in condos because of the added privacy, it’s like staying at a friend’s house…
My husband contacted Lori’s Luxury Rentals to make our Valentine’s Day weekend reservations. The condo Lori set us up in fantastic, she had everything covered… including lift tickets for both of us for the days we stayed (which saved us over $ 90).
Our condo also had plenty of firewood stocked so we could have fires each night… An abundance of pillows, blankets and towels… including a heater blanket that made the bed so warm and toasty, it was hard to leave it to go enjoy the slopes… There was also DVDs to watch on the flatscreen tv, games, a fully stocked kitchen and even a washer and dryer! And free wifi! We had everything we needed for a fun and romantic weekend together.
We rented condos from other people at Brian Head last season, but never will bother doing so again. Lori’s Luxury Rentals takes cares of everything so we don’t have to worry about it, and at very fair pricing. No need to use anyone else!
