I know Netflix or something of the sort is probably cheaper (and less frustrating on a Friday or Saturday night when a lot of people are renting movies) than going to a local video store, but actual physical video stores are a dying breed, and that makes me sad! I spent many an hour hanging out in my local video store when I was but a young teen (ah, suburbia), so I’m happy to support my new local video store.
Somewhere along the way, we renamed this place Cristal Palace, which is so wildly inaccurate and ridiculous (palatial, it is not), yet far more entertaining. Maybe they’ll consider a name change petition?
