I’m reposting since this «most honorable» company had it deleted…
This was pretty much the worst place I’ve ever walked into. What is supposed to be a customer service centric business, felt anything but. The piece de resistance is the seamstress Annah who was kind and talented. But she and the owner seem to never be on the same page — in fact, the owner seemed to not even want her in front of customers most of the time. The owner, May, who had a terrible cackle and tone, spoke rudely and didn’t have ANY customer service. She once even complained about the amount of work — speaking about spending X on a gown and then X on the alterations. Why would you complain about the amount of alterations, when you’re getting PAID for the work? it’s not like the money you’re charging goes back to us! Each time I walked in there I felt unwelcome and almost a nuisance.
Don’t even get me started on the décor. For a place that’s welcoming brides and bridal gowns it felt dingy and dirty. The lighting — for a place where a bride will be trying on her dress several times — was terrible. I felt like I was in a warehouse, or worse.
I could go on, but in the end, I would recommend no one go here. Not even for your dry cleaning!

Fast tailors is the best place in the area. The price is pretty low and the staff is very helpful.

I walked in there today to get my lab coat resized because it was so huge on me, and they were so kind and were so willing to help me out. I was very impressed with how courteous they were and even though my lab coat won’t be done until Friday… the fact that they are that busy, should tell you a lot about their service! :) I am confident my coat is in good hands. I will be returning to them when I need to get more things altered!

Fast Tailors is by far the best place to have your alterations done. The prices are very fair and May and the girls on her staff are always fun and friendly.
