The owner is so unbelievably unprofessional. She sits snd stalks the clients and staff constantly. I’ve spent so much money there and have SO many regrets. A few members of the staff bad mouthed her terribly and then back stabbed clients. In fact, they talk bad about clients when they leave. Especially after they airbrush a body that is NOT up to their standard. I simply asked if I could use a machine twice in a row as I have a monthly membership and the worker allowed me as my husband wasn’t tanning that day. Apparently, the owner was watching her business and told ME that what I did was illegal. I’m a customer… How would I know. She called me today and «dismissed» me from her salon. Really? Shouldn’t I be reporting her for allowing me to tan double time, putting my health at risk??? I’d love to tell her how her employees feel about her. She’s SO ridiculously rude thinking she’s this classy «someone» when, in fact, she’s a «classless» nothing. How dare she talk down to a customer that has given repeatedly given her business, and, referred others. In fact, a few weeks ago, I wrote something positive on the salons Facebook wall, stating that I travel far to get there as I love the girls, etc. One of the girls showed me her phone and said «look what Jody did.» Jody, the owner, actually did a group text to her Employees with a copy of my Facebook message saying «Good job, girls. This one is impossible to please.» Really??? I met the lady twice in person and had a phone conversation. Customer service is huge and so is reputation. I’m SO NOT into drama, and, this salon is first class drama.

Great mystic tan! The staff is so friendly, knowledgable and helpful. It is so clean. Never used a tanning bed there but used the sunless spray tan booth. Great, easy, quick experience. Not streaky tan afterwards! I highly recommend! Also, they often have great deals and discounts going on. I haven’t paid full price for a spray tan yet!

This is my new favorite tanning salon in Bricktown — they have a great variety of beds and stand up booths — super deals, coupons and packages to fit every budget — the girls at the desk are all polite, helpful and sweet. I’m very very satisfied with Image Sun and will continue to come here.
