Papa V’s

Nice staff, VERY extensive menu for a pizza place, and quick service. I have eaten in and had take-​out from here. The food is always good. Most of the pizza places around here all have the same menu. Not here! They have things on the menu you would never think of (love the corn fritters)! I only gave it ⁴⁄₅ stars because it is fairly cramped inside and ALL of the tabletop napkin dispensers were empty (I checked each table and had to ask for napkins).

Not only the best pizza in town, but the chicken and ribs are also unparalleled. Not to mention a courteous staff!

Great option for delivery. Good hot and cold subs (a little light on the meat) and good pizza. I do wish they offered a whole wheat pie but no deal breaker. Have never tried the ribs and chicken but the typical pizza place options are great.

I just left a bad experience. We have been looking for a place for a quick meal on friday nights. Thought we found it. The last couple of weeks we have had good food and received it the way it was ordered. Not so tonite!!!
When I returned to the restaurant with meal in hand. I was rebuffed and told I received EXACTLY what I ordered. 6 people heard the order placed. It wasn’t what we received. So… never again! When I said that to them, the response was «OK».
They sorely need a lesson in customer service. I will now go out of my way to spread the word to my fellow marina residents!

I have completely changed my mind on this place and now that I have lived here for a while I have been able to meet the staff and try different foods. They are always nice and friendly and the food has been great!
I have to admit my first review might have been a bit to soon to make judgement.

The best pizza in the area, hands-​down. Good crust, good sauce and it’s not greasy. They deliver quickly too, which is a bonus.
They also have fantastic ribs!

I called this place to see if they could make something as simple as sautéed spinach, grilled chicken and cheese on a wrap and I was told no they couldn’t. Who doesn’t have spinach at their pizzeria I’ve never heard of such a thing! This was not the first time they told me they couldn’t do something I asked so I will not be ordering or wasting my time calling here anymore! There is an awesome place called PRIME DELI on the same road a couple blocks down and they made my wrap with no problem! Awesome place and delicious food!!! Especially for lunch and dinner! Amazing!

Always enjoy! Subs are huge and pizza pretty good. I usually get the chk cutlet sub Cali style and I always enjoy. Friendly staff.

This place is awesome. They have such an extensive menu. The fried chicken is amazing and perfect to my liking. The pizza is really good too! The staff is also always very friendly. So if you’re pretty much looking for pretty much any food to be delivered this is the place to go

My wife and I have been ordering from Papa V’s for years. We’ve actually never been disappointed with the food. Love the Nonna Pizza, The Chicken, The Ribs, Eggplant Rollatini and I love the quality sausage they use on their pizza. I wouldn’t order a sausage pizza from anywhere else in town. Nice people, great service and delivery is always on the mark.

I worked here. Very nice family. Very clean. They make new pizzas as time goes on. Larger than normal sized pies. Comfortable lunch in/​n/​out atmosphere. Festive. Try the La Nona for something new.

Friendly staff, great food and great atmosphere. What else could you want? Not only is the pizza selection incredible but their entrees specifically their BBQ is die to for. Big Mack pizza, penne vodka, Korean BBQ, buffalo, chicken bacon ranch etc! Wow! Mmm! Ohhh yeah!!!

Papa V’s is definitely the place to go in Brick if you pizza or cheesesteaks. Their pizza is outstanding, with a good crisp crust, flavorful sauce, and fresh cheese. They have tons of choices when it comes to toppings and specialty pizzas.
The cheesesteaks are simply awesome. I love the special steak with no hot peppers and extra sauce. Just typing it makes my mouth water.
I’ve also had the chicken parm and meatball parm subs too, and they were very good.
However, I have to say that their ribs (St. Louis style, in particular) are probably the best meal that they make and are SIMPLY AMAZING! I love my ribs, and these are some of the best ribs that I have ever eaten. These blow the local rib joints out of the water. The ribs have lots of meat, are super tender, and have a tasty BBQ sauce. Totally finger-​lickin good. The cornbread is damn good too!
And everyone at Papa V’s is super friendly. I highly recommend Papa V’s.

In a terrible thunderstorm, this excellent establishment was dedicated enough to DELIVER a delicious pie to our home. I have enjoyed yummy plain pies from here before but tonight we decided to get a half veggie and half eggplant rollitini large pie and boy are we glad we did! Both halves were delicious. Would prefer larger chunks of veggies, otherwise everything was awesome :) Again, delivering quickly in this storm alone is worth the 5 star review!

Can I just say that I was born and raised on the Herbertsville side of Brick and we always ordered from Vinnie’s. I left for 9 years and now I’m back in town and when I came back, I fell into the pizza routine at Vinnie’s. Well, they pissed me off enough so we decided to try Papa V’s. I have no idea if the two restaurants are related but man oh man does Papa V blow Vinnie out of the water.
First of all, the staff members are SO nice, from the person answering the phone and taking orders, to the delivery person and the cashier when you pick up. The inside is immaculate and nothing like the old Vinnie’s. The wait is never long and their estimated delivery/​pickup time is accurate.
The food is AMAZING. No canned or pre prepared junk. The pizza is crisp and delicious and fresh and the pasta faglioli soup won my super picky boyfriend over. Chicken parm sub was delicious as well. I’m SO looking forward to trying more of their menu items.

I have loved Papa Vs since they opened up about 5 years ago. Cleaning up the dump that used to be there. Im a regular and really have never had anything but good experiences there. Pizza, Salads made with fresh grilled chicken or salmon, cheesesteaks, subs, you name it, i have tried it from them. I have never been compelled to write reviews because I figured that most people have a brain and they can make there own decisions.
But I just had to write one in response to the one written by «holly L» yesterday. I was in the the store when «holly L» called. That is no way close to what i heard going down. They did not want to buy a pizza and a salad with an extra «side» of dressing. THEY WANTED TO BUY A QUART, Yes a QUART of the home made dressing that is used on the salads there and nothing else. You have to understand that 90% of the the menu is made from scratch and that includes the salad dressing.
Anthony expained to them that they make the dressing fresh every day in small batches because it is as good as it is BECAUSE ITS MADE FRESH!!! He couldnt sell a quart to this irrational person because he probably didnt have enough toto make a quart. (This phone call came in around 7pm i would say). How in hell can people call a place and make demands for something that isnt on the menu, isnt sold buy the quart and get pissed off when they are told «NO, I’m sorry, but i cant sell it to you». I have ordered salads with extra housedressing all the time, they have never said no, but i only want a little side, not a flipping quart!
Keep in mind that I could hear the person on the phone screaming and watched Anthony flinch as what he was hearing must have been extremly rude. Everyone is human and i appaud him for keeping it together for as long as he did, i didnt hear him say the f-​bomb which would have tumbled out of my mouth in the first 30 seconds, but he was very upset after he hung up the phone.
Anyways, I love this place, and to all the customers out there, just because food places work their butts off the give you good food, does not mean that they are your slave. be respectful and most of all, Human.

If you go, make sure to try the «Big Mac Pizza»!! It’s all the ingredients you love in a Big Mac on a pizza crust! Absolutely fantastic!
