Had an interest experience at this salon. If you can call it that. The «owner «seems completed disingenuous & uninterested in actual customer service. She seemed more interested in gossip than making sure her clients are happy. The overpriced «services» are lacking at best. Focus on your customers over giggling with your staff. You may have more customers that way. I will be bringing my business & telling my friends to go elsewhere. Not a good business model to ascribe too when there are so many other salons to choose from that have better services & nicer staff & owners.

Not only is the owner of this salon constantly checking in and entertaining customers but the salon itself is outstanding!!! I got my hair done by Mary and she was so intent on providing me with exactly what I wanted with my hair! She constantly checked in with me to ask if I was satisfied with the status and had me remind her of exactly what I was aiming for with my look! It was so clear to me that her ultimate goal was to achieve me dream look and ensure my comfort! I LOVE my hair and would recommend BLOW to everyone and anyone! Great spot and loyal service. Only reason for 1 star is that I like the «blow» sign. Junk. Bad bad blowout. The only reason I went is because I like getting my hair washed. The blowout was terrible. She put so much crappy product in my hair, it was greasy then the next morning when I usually get 3 days out of it I had to wash it. The lady at the front totally ignored me when I walked in. So rude. There were a ton of magazines and crap around. Not at all some place I’d return to.

I love this place. I can usually get in same day and if not the ladies try hard to accommodate a time. The stylists always do a great job and are friendly. The atmosphere is relaxing and classy, and they are pet friendly! My dog is always welcome and they have treats for pets at the door.

Really bad blow-dry. Honestly I could have done better myself. Within an hour my hair looked all frizzy. 2 stars because they were relatively friendly but honestly they need to work on the fundamentals of giving a decent blow-out.

Sara knew exactly what I was looking for and did an excellent job. I’ve been to many top salons in the Hamptons and they were terrible (and I paid at least twice the price). I’m thrilled that I finally found someone in the Hamptons that can do a great blowout so that I don’t have to time my blowouts in the city with my activities out East.

BEWARE. Got my two daughters’ hair cut here and was charged 30 per cut plus tax and tip. Each cut over 40. For not a whole hell of a lot of work. Find a write up in a paper where they mention the cuts for kids under 12 are supposed to be 25. Check website? Kids under 12 are supposed to be $ 25. Apparently they will try to cheat you. Live and learn I guess.
