Healthy meal in the beautiful town of Bridgehmapton. Staff was incredibly friendly and the French pastries are to die for.

Pierre’s is great but prepared to shell out some serious cash. If you want to see and be seen, this is the spot. I had a delicious but overpriced omelette with caramelized onions and bacon. I also got the tropi-kale smoothie which I should mention is $ 16 but very good if you’re looking for a healthy start to your meal. The décor and atmosphere is lovely & the outdoor dining is great when the weather is warm.

The food was good, however, the wait staff rushed us and made rude comments on multiple occasions. I didn’t feel comfortable during my meal and would certainly not return

Pretty decent food and pretty expensive. Longtime Bridgehampton restaurant. Don’t go there except sometimes walk in because they demand credit card for reservation unlike most Hamptons places. Not acceptable to me.

Went with my daughter. Hoping for an amazing breakfast. She ordered French toast and she really loved it. I received a side order of bacon that was so burnt I was embarrassed for them. We were the only people in the restaurant!!! You would think the chef would have been too embarrassed to send it out. If you want to over charge for breakfast at least get it right!!! Never again.

Literally the worst pastries I have ever had in my life. They taste like they have been sitting on the shelf for days. I had the lemon bar and puffed pastry with almond paste. They were both bland and stale. I had one bite of each and then allowed my friend to have a bite of each. We both agreed they were poor quality and taste and threw both of them away. That being said, the mini lobster salad sandwich was fine. Not great, but not horrible like the pastries.

Okay service. Menu has promise but is wayyyyyy overpriced. Grilled cheese and fries for my child was $ 24! iFood is okay. Ambiance is nice.

This place would be so much more enjoyable if they did not blast music throughout every meal. The servers, busers, etc. are all very nice and courteous. If anyone complains about not getting water in a minute or some other random service garbage, they are lying. I love the eggs benedict with lobster and truffle something. Now, if they would only lower their prices to what is still high, but at least the norm for the area! You come in wanting a cocktail and some bread and somehow the check is almost six figures.

We have a home in East Hampton and have been out east for over 12 years. This past experience at Pierre’s was terrible. The food is ok, but the service was abysmal! The host sat us quickly, which was expected since it was fairly quiet. But… Our waiter was so unfriendly. No greeting, no smile and just asked«you guys ready?» Keep in mind we sat down 20 seconds before and didn’t even look at the menu. I’m not looking to be best friends, but a general(even fake) greeting is appreciated. After he took our order, the busboy brought the food. Our waiter wasn’t busy at all; he was chatting with another employee. Finally(And this was the best) a woman’s coat fell off her chair and was laying in the ground. Our waiter saw the coat literally walked over it! Who does that???

Of all the places we have dined at in the Hamptons, this was truly the most disappointing. The food is mediocre & pricey, but the service(wait staff and manager) are rude and unaccommodating. We were ignored and made to feel as though we were interrupting their conversations by trying to get service. Definitely will not be returning.

This place and owner are institutions in the Hamptons. I took my mom-in-law and wife for omelettes. The food is OK but everything could be done better and with more care. But the thing that just kills you is the cost. 2 omelettes 1 eggs Benedict, 1 coffee and one tea 89.00! This is pricing for the silly summer people but not in December for the locals.(it is lovely that he stays open all winter). Lastly I was shocked that after paying 6:00 for tea and 5:25 for coffee I was then charged 1:50 for my coffee refill. This is beyond the pale, and still in bugging me the next day. Pierre’s is a sweet place, but the pricing is for suckers and tourists.

Very good food and service. They actually allow small dogs inside the restaurant ! We had the thin crust, the omelet, and burger which was so juicy.

I barely gave them three stars. The food is okay. I had the salmon and it was okay. The roasted vegetables with goat cheese were better. It’s the little things they are failing at more than less than stellar food. The bread was hot and soft on the inside, but very hard on the outside. I could get beyond that, but the butter was hard. If this sounds picky, that’s fine. But I think a place of this caliber should do the small things well, and the big things even better. The food simply did not blow me away. There are probably better places to go eat in the Hamptons.

Great food great service. Everyone is always friendly. Never had a bad thing here be it take out or a burger. Like strayed before it is the hamptons so expect to pay a bit, but it’s worth every penny. All the salads are great as well as the burger always cooked to the right temperature! Must see while hanging out in the hamptons

They have the best french toast. The coffee is great as well. We just had late lunch at this place after a day at the beach. The pommes frites and burger was alright. Its a cute french bistro with lovely outdoor seating and friendly service. We will definitely try the gelato and desserts in the bakery the next time we are there.

Over MDW this year my fiancé and I came here for brunch. The place is very cozy and I feel like the owner knows everyone. It has a French sailor theme to the place. The wait time was very little on a Saturday at 12pm I Believe we waited 5 minutes to be seated. The coffee s delicious and they give you a little chocolate with the coffee(very French). For the appetizer we started with the cold lobster salad. It was very good and had lots of chunky parts of the lobster(yum) with just enough mayo .it wasn’t overwhelming. For the entrée she had the eggs benedict and I had the burger. My burger was ok nothing with a wow factor but my fiances eggs were very good and the hollaindase sauce was perfect. Will definitely come back here and try their French sandwiches next time.

You’re in Bridgehampton… it’s going to be expensive. I mean, have you walked down the street? Look at the real estate listings in the window of the place next door.* They don’t even sell houses around here, just«compounds.» And they are all $ 15 million. And I must say, when homes are $ 15 million, it really makes a $ 22 burger seem much more reasonable. That argument aside, if you are going to sell a burger for $ 22: 1. It must be good. 2. It should come with bacon, cheese, and excellent fries at no extra charge. Pierre’s seems to understand this, and they even threw in a nice mixed green salad for good measure. I can get behind this. _____________ *Try not to be distracted by the dogs in strollers heading by, or the woman breastfeeding her child that is FAR too old to be breastfed. Especially in public. When he can walk up to you after playing elsewhere and actually ask to be breastfed, HE’S TOOOLD.

Best French Toast I’ve ever had :) Al fresco brunch, only real maple syrup. glad I slowed down to try for brunch. Found the service extra cheerful and considerate.
