This place is the cable equivalent of the DMV. Complete with its own security guard. The staff behind the window are surprisingly more helpful than at the DMV but still lack any personality at all.
I was a bit unnerved by the amount of bullet proof glass between myself and the rep — do people really get that violent about cable???
Overall, just wildly unpleasant and scary. Next time I’ll just pay for the shipping to send stuff back.
