GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
I’ve been coming to this location off an on for a few years now. Little by little, their service started to slip. The people they hire are ghetto and unfortunately do not have people skills. I wrote it off because this location does not have seating, so I would just endure (for the convenience) it for the few minutes and be on my way.
I came to this location about a month ago and believe it or not, they RAN OUT OF CHICKEN… I actually had to ask again just to make sure I heard them correctly. With an additional eye roll and a smack of the teeth, she repeated they ran out.
I gave them another try yesterday. As I tried to enter, I was met by a locked front door. The sign says 11p closing time. I was there at 930p. I could see workers inside, but no one was interested in letting me in.
They probably ran out of the genetically modified chicken again. Never again!

Terrible service, and dirty. Like some on else said, there employees all have attitude problems, and seem to have zero customer service training. Cant get any worse.

this place sucks! I don’t even want to go in here because everyone has an attitude. Maybe the employees’ boss needs to give them a raise or somthing but it’s totally ridiculous. Not my problem you don’t like your job. get a new one! Very hard to come by ppl. that serve with a smile. surprised I’m the only one who has commented on this particular KFC site. Everyone walks around with a frown on their face. The parking is ridiculous. The one on Main Street is better. I’m sorry but if your not at least giving me a half smile, it makes me think your doing something to my food.
