Apparently there has been a management shake up here. New manager(her pic replaced the one of the old manager next to the counter). Improvements already visible. Drive thru is not backed up into the street and the lobby is not packed with customers trying to crowd into one register. Service was quicker too. New manager waited on me and was very polite. Only problem was the place smelled like it was mopped with a sour/dirty mop.

The manager has too much attitude with the customers, the place doesn’t get cleaned as much as other McDonald’s and the drive thru is always backed up because they don’t serve as fast as McDonald’s should be serving. After you’re done placing an order you drive up to the window and you pay but they make you pull up to the end of the drive thru and you have to sit there until when ever they decide to take your order to you. Honestly i have two McDonald’s within the same distance and i would definitely choose the one on north ave because they provide to you friendly fast service and that’s what makes me wanna come back to that one.

Their drive thru service is really really slow here. Usually I’ve been to some and it’s never this slow. The line is out to the street. They need more workers. I haven’t even ordered yet and it’s been 8 minutes. They have many workers who don’t speak any English. So its difficult to communicate with them. I asked for a coupon bok that was advertised right before the drive thru and they had no idea what I was talking about. Weird.

Met up with a friend who wanted to go here. I don’t eat McDonald’s often maybe once a year at the most so I’m not really a big fan or most fast food. I always feel sick and sluggish when I eat at any McDonald’s. I ordered an Angus Burger Meal. Sand-which was good it was hot. The fries were also nice and hot. The place was clean as well as the bathrooms. No complaints.
