Subway

This Subway is terrible. I’ve been to many different Subways in many different states and they all meet standard satisfaction. This place has rude people who often refuse to serve you and tell you they are closed when they actually are not… it’s really weird. They also seem to always «Run out of everything» or «Miss a delivery.» I’m sorry — this is Trumbull, CT, not Beverly Hills, CA. That just seems like negligence and Bad Business. Every Subway I’ve ever been to has been fully stocked and maybe only run out of some special they’re having, likely and understandably because they’re in a busy area. Several of my family members have received awful service here and complained to the manager/​owner and they just don’t seem to care. One of my family members was literally standing in line behind another customer, waiting for the employee to finish making that order and then, when he finished that order, the employee turns to my family and says, «SORRY WE’RE CLOSED.» …WHAT!!! SERIOUSLY??? It wasn’t even closing time and they’d already been waiting in line — and all the food was still out, ready to be served. The employee then remarked, «WELL, BY THE TIME I FINISH MAKING YOUR SANDWICH, IT WILL BE AFTER 9PM [closing time.]» And REFUSED TO SERVE MY FAMILY. It was 8:51pm. ARE YOU F*&%^#@ KIDDING ME!!! $#!TTY Business and Poor Attitude. The employee working there certainly had zero regards for good customer service — Especially, to local regulars. This place should shut down and they should open up a Blimpie’s, Taco Bell, KFC or another private deli. Hey Owner, shape up or ship out. Get it together or people won’t want to give you their business any longer…

Abnormal subway. Essentially you can get the same subway in CT and CA. But oddly found thus location was out of everything. Likely due to a missed delivery. But as a result, the family couldn’t «get it their way».
Hope this was a onetime occurrence.
