The hostess named Nicole was awesome. Our Waitress was not anywhere to be found the service was not good. We always leave 30% tip. We had to ask another waitress for containers to go and yes we gave her a $ 10 tip to the waitress that got us the containers. We still left a tip for our waitress. The food was good, but the service from our waitress sucked.

I guess I have to give this place a star but in reality it doesn’t deserve a star at all. Typical Red Lobster, long long wait and lack luster service. Not only did we wait 45 minutes to be seated but our server was rude on several occasions. While explaining to her that my meal was cold and the service wasn’t up to par she walked away mid convo. The manager came over and I told him how incredibly rude it was for the waitress to walk off while I was still talking to her. Red Lobster should do better and hire more respectable employees!!! And the food was cold and flavorless to top it off. I won’t be returning and I suggest you eat some place else.

Went there with my son, it was not busy at all. Yet our waiter was never around. I had the endless shrimp — normally I’m able to get about 4 – 5 more refills due to the absentee waiter I only ordered one additional. Good was good though but waiter not attentive.

Tried to have a quick meal, but it dragged. Sat at the bar thinking it would be faster, but the bartender disappeared for 80% of the time. No clue where he would disappear to. Calamari was the best part, although I wish it could hold the breading better. The stuffed mushrooms were ridiculously oily, funny since I ordered them thinking they were a little ‘healthier’. Stick to the shrimp.

I always loved red lobster and I still do, but I haven’t been there in years. I recently went and while the service and food was great the places was expensive compared to years ago. If I wanted to spend the money I spent I wouldn’t have gone to a chain seafood joint I’d have gone to a nice restaurant. No complaints with the food though.

Went here two weeks ago for a take out order for myself and a friend. I ordered two of the exact same meals shrimp Alfredo with salad and biscuits. After I got the food not even 10 minutes after my friend proceeded to shuffle his fork around in prep to eat his pasta and at that point a beetle(not Paul McCartney!) but an actual insect was alive and running around in his food. I immediately took the food back and showed the sever who I placed my order with the bug. She offered to remake the food, but there is no way I’m going to eat from the same kitchen that produced that! I kindly declined as I’m sure there was not enough time in the evening to burn down the kitchen in its entirety and re-build it in order to re-make my food. The server offered to put me on a «Hospitality» list where my next meal would be «on the house», but suffice to say I just wanted my money back and to not step foot back in that place again, which is very disheartening being that I love Red Lobster and that is the closest location to me, and I have eaten there plenty of times before, however that will be by LAST!

I think I just had a decent meal at Red Lobster. Usually I end up at Red Lobster after I saw one of their commercials, I go there for dinner and am disappointed. Tonight my mom said she wanted to go to Red Lobster. I was skeptical. There is 4-course dinner for $ 17.99 that I took advantage of. I started off with a New England Clam Chowder and a Caesar Salad(both brought at the same time). Both were good. I then had grilled tilapia with broccoli and a baked potato. All were good. I have no idea why Red Lobster feels they have to coat the outer skin of a baked potato with salt, I didn’t eat it. I don’t need hypertension. I also had a hot brownie with vanilla ice cream, it was ok. I won’t discuss the cheddar biscuits because those are always a home run.

They should change the name of this place to Black Lobster. Awful service, filthy floors, and people who think it’s acceptable to dance in a public dining area while others are eating.

We went to Red Lobster for my daughter’s 22nd birthday on Jan. 31st, after trying to find other restaurants to accommodate a larger party on a Saturday night. When I called Red Lobster, they had no problem with our time and we only waited about 15 minutes to be seated. We had a great time. The food was great, no one had any issues. Great atmosphere. The reason for the 5 stars is our servers, Omar and(I apologize I can’t remember our other servers name, so, so sorry). It was by far the best service I have had in a long time. We never waited for anything, whatever we asked for we received right away. They were nice, attentive and professional in every way. Thank you for a great birthday!!! Thank you Red Lobster

Small servings, anemic shrimp and lobster tail. Frozen vegetables. Fast food type seafood with premium prices. Only redeeming quality is the cheddar biscuits. If you’ve never had fresh seafood then I suppose you won’t know what your missing.

I was pleasantly surprised since I haven’t been to a Red Lobster in a few years. The menu has gotten better with far more selections. The service was very good and although we went for dinner, we were seated righr away. I give this restaurant three stars mostly because my lobster bisque was too salty. However, everyone else at my table had various fish dishes and really liked the food.

Called to place an order, was placed on hold for 5 minutes. Hung up and called again, was once again placed on hold for another 5 minutes until I hung up. Called again and told lady I did not want to be placed on hold, to which she replied, «I cannot take your order». WHATISGOINGONATTHATPLACE!!! It takes 1 minute to take an order!!! When someone finally took my order, she was rude! If I weren’t pregnant, I would not have ordered! A little customer service goes a long way!

Service wasn’t great, food was below average(tried lobster and one of them had a big black area so it looked rotten while both were overcooked). Price and Serving-size didn’t need to be that high/big. Since, this was the first time i tried Red Lobster, i will try again at another location … but, if the experience is similar, that will be the last time.

This location is such a disappointment. The people who work here are incompetent or just plain lazy. I’ve been here more times than i can count and it is always the same result. But for some reason we always get gift certificates to this place so have no choice. The food is good for the value. if it was just it would be 3.5 stars. wish it was more consistent in yum factor Unfortunately even take out is a horrible experience. I have take out 7 – 9 times from here and something usually goes wrong. either an entrée, side, drink or dessert is missing or they give me something else. At first, I thought it was a fluke but it keeps happening. and then i have to make a trip back to the place which is a pain in the butt. so if you decide to get take out. make sure u get everything. take it out of the bag and check each entrée and stuff. I’m done with this location regardless

James, our server was phenomenal. I dined with my parents and sister. Usually it is rare for my parents to request the manager to make a visit to our table. My mother asked our waiter James, twice, to be sure to send the manager over to our table so that my parents could sing James his much deserved praises. James, made us feel welcomed, his presence was perfect(not too overbearing of the table, but perfectly prompt as it seemed as he was right there whenever we needed something such as more biscuits or drinks) We left James something like close to a 25% tip. My mother even commented that she wished James could be our server at any restaurant we go to(and take him along with us at any time we go out to eat!) He was superb, there needs to be more caring waiters in the world, like James. The host, Anderson, was extremely sweet and welcoming as well :) We each had the 4 course Seafood Feast for $ 15 each, a promotion that we had seen on a commercial. Honestly, I don’t know how Red Lobster makes money from this promotion. We were given tons of food. We each had a cup of soup, a salad, an entrée(I had the Honey BBQ Shrimp Skewers) and a dessert. Each course was brought out in a perfectly timed fashion. We requested another helping of the Cheddar Bay Biscuits and there was a delay in the kitchen as a fresh batch was currently in the oven. Multiple servers stopped by our table to let us know that the biscuits would shortly be on their way. Those biscuits arrived steamingly hot, rather impressed. Much worth the super minimal wait for them. Our experience at Red Lobster today far exceeded our typical chain restaurant expectations. We’ve visited this location numerous times before, but today topped them all. :)

I love Seafood and good deals, so needless to say that I am a fan of Red Lobster. This particular establishment is located in a busy shopping area, which makes it easy to find parking. The restaurant is big and has plenty of room to fit its customers. This is a must, because this place is packed especially on Saturday and Sunday. If you consider going on one of these weekend days be prepared for a wait(30 – 45 minutes), unless you are a party of 4 and you can reserve a table. The service is fast and friendly, and the food is good. Snow Crabs for the Kids, Cajun Chicken Linguini, Lobster Pizza, Clam Chowder and the warm Crab Cakes are some of the items we ordered and we were satisfied.
