Soap Box Laundromat

My washing machine broke and I went to a bear by laundromat. Was very good experience. The surroundings were clean and tidy and the employees always treat you like your welcome. The lights are bright and gives you a almost friendly and comfortable feeling. The employee behind the counter answered my questions politely and professionally. They had different sized washers and dryers so I didn’t feel like I was wasting my money and they had many preferences for the washing of my clothes. They also had detergent and softeners in stock so if I ran out, I could buy one without driving to another store. Even though I had to leave the comfort of my home, I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. Great laundromat.

Not happy with my experience at this laundromat. I went in with 3 half dollar coins and the two hispanic people working here looked at me like I was trying to pull something. All I wanted was quarters to use in the machines. If I was trying to pull something I would’ve took the quarters and left. You really have to train your employees about (American) currency. The lady and the guy both looked at me and said… we don’t take those coins… we’ve never seen those before. Well you lost my business… TOTALLY RIDICULOUS!!!
