Nice place but terrible customer service. Takes a very long time to get your order. It took about 10 minutes just to get one coffee and I watched about three or four people just standing around when they could’ve picked up my order

Next to Bass Pro Shop. Inner city delight. Starbucks does it right. Friendly competent staff. Drive thru. Manager Melissa asked if our coffee was done right. Exceptional.

This location has serious management issues. I showed up on a Saturday morning at 6:16AM. The store opens at 6AM supposedly. I wait outside in the cold while two employees are cleaning and setting up. Another customer knocks on the locked door to no response. Seven minutes later at 6:23AM I drive away never to come again.

I’m so happy that Bridgeport has a Starbux and I really want them to succeed. There is a real need for improvement in service. The Starbux in Trumbull and Stratford treat customers in a really personal manner and it creates an atmosphere like a small town coffee shop. This is a new location and the management is obviously not local.

Still need improvement. I was waiting for my drink at the bar next to the cashier. Another lady came and leaned to the bar, it moved like it was about to fall down. I also ordered 2 drinks. A lady before me and 3 people after me got their drinks while I was still waiting for mine! Until a guy asked me and started to prepare it for me. Anyway I like starbucks and will always do but new open up places supposed to be better than that
