Went to A&W today and the food was satisfactory. The teammates were courteous but I was confused why the couple in front of us was offered a free dessert for their wait but I was not and our wait time was the same… not even an apology. The bright spot was a young African American gentleman that appeared to be on his break having lunch but made the effort to tell every Guest that was leaving Thank You. He truly is the example for the rest of the team. The facility needs a good detail cleaning including the restrooms.

I came in with a large order and the staff was amazing! Not only where they extremely helpful and kind the gave my the current coupons that they had running… awesome customer service!!! It only saved me a little but the fact that they were so accommodating, I will be returning!

ZERO stars!
I got an entire soda spilled in my lap and all over my car by the clumsy girl who works the drive thru here! She never apologized either, completely the worst thing that’s ever happened at any drive thru. So rude. I called the number on the back of the receipt and was told I can get a free dinner any time by the manager, but I highly doubt I would ever make a trip back here again. Also slow service as if its not bad enough with a soda thrown at you! Worst ever.

Waited for 15 minutes in the the drive tru and didnt move so we left. They need to learn to move alittle faster 3 other cars left too.

Four fast food stars: very pleasant counter service, the food is brought right to your table, the staff will stop by and ask how the food is — very unusual for a fast food restaurant.
My fried clam basket was pleasant.
The place has a retro 1950’s décor, but the best part of the décor was having a malt vinegar bottle on every table.
They reduce prices and have specials throughout the week. For example, they have «Crab Cake Fridays». Also, there are coupons on the website.

Needs to be a lot more customer service experience and less grab ass between coworkers going on. Male employee accused of touching another female employee in earshot of a customer while waiting for food is boneriffic at best. Appears to be no management engaging the employees and it really affects the customer experience. Sadly this is the only local A&W Root Beer soda jerk left in our area so we have to endure. Eaters and Root Beer drinkers, beware.
