Besides from looking like a Chinese mob movie set from the late 70s, this place is solid. Server was attentive and worked hard(almost too hard). Good food. Great crab rangoons and some decent lemon chicken. I would recommend, not a first date place though lol b

We stopped in to eat and was rushed to a table, the waitress was horrible the restaurant looked run down and dirty. The food took forever to come and when we were done eating the we waited more than 15 min to check out. One hour after eating here my kid got the shits and two days later still bad, horrible will never use theme again. they were not very friendly they rushed everything and the food sucked.

Placed an order, as I have many times before. The eta was 45 minutes, after 1hour I called and was told it was on it’s way. After 90 minutes I called and told the owner to cancel my order, he offered no apology. I have been a customer for 20 years or more, but never again.

You people giving this place 4+ stars need to get your head examined. Ordered General’s Chicken to go and it was basically orange chicken, and not good orange chicken. The broccoli looked old and the chicken was not good. Never again.

Ings will always be that one of a kind place like no other. This establishment offers very affordable prices. I’ve been frequenting this place for decades and have yet to find another it’s equal.

Order the double scorpion drink if you dine in! :) Pressed duck is really good too! Not the fanciest place around but it’s fun EVERYTIME I go!

Ordered a take out from here tonight. Collected it myself, and when I got home they had forgotten the rice. When i phoned them the guy pretended not to be able to understand me. They understood good enough when I spent $ 42 in there! Then he pretended not to have any drivers to deliver it to us. After all that, the food was not very good. It was very bland, and nowhere near as good as Big 4s Chop Suey,(also on Harlem). My one and only visit to this place.

This is the best Chinese restaurant in the suburbs — hands down! Went there for some takeout and ordered the best orange chicken and Mongolian beef! Not only was it good but the price can’t be beat!

I’m not sure why other Unilocalers are complaining, but as a long time customer of Ing’s Palace, I can say that these guys do it right. This is Chinese comfort food in it’s truest form. Everything comes out fresh, tasty and delivery is quite speedy. The best thing is their Sweet & Sour Pork and Beef & Broccoli. Very delish!

haven’t been in a minute but I know that if you order a mai tai or a FLAMINSCORPIONYOUWILLBEHAPPY! who cares about the décor you fruits I bet your own houses look more outdated if you care about that! Sit down and order some delicious scorpions and some food and you have clean bathrooms that is all that matters. Have a great time for the price you are paying! I can’t say no wrong because I see so much wrong in other Chinese local places, be happy you have INGs they have been around that long for a reason!

Went here the other day after not going for a while and this place still doesn’t disappoint, the food is just good, fresh, and quality ingredients. I have to agree with people the décor is outdated, but I’d go here to eat any day over a PF Chang’s. They have a bunch old school mixed drinks too. I’m going to keep this review simple, you got a large group or you don’t want to have to dress up you want to eat some good for and have some good strong drinks and not brake the bank, then this is the place and if you just want takeout, this is a place you should definitely try.

In my search for good Chinese food in the SW burbs I keep falling short everywhere I try, I am now at about 4 stars for 4 reviews Ing’s Palace turns out to be just another Chinese restaurant that doesn’t care that they serve very standard, extra salty food, with no flair or concern about quality. The orange chicken were deep fried chicken nuggets in sweet and sour sauce, the Kung Pao was nearly un-edible due to the amount of salt they put in it, average egg rolls, greasy fried rice. the white rice tasted like micro wave minute rice. My search continues

I’ve been coming here for years and years! This place is one of the best places for chinese food on the south side! Need I say more? Although, the inside dining area is a little shaby but if you order the volcano alcohic drink with the flaming top, you won’t even remember what the inside looked like! Lol!

This joint was pretty good about 20 years ago. Recently revisted it about 2 years ago after it had been closed down for a very long time(dont know why) The inside hasnt been updated in over a decade. Musty and divey are the words that comes to mind. This place is hanging on by a thread. Food wasnt really good at all. Sad

This is my go to Chinese place to order from. Their food is always consistent and delicious. I usually get egg rolls, fried rice and chop suey. I just ordered from here last night and they always bring it hot in under an hour. I’ve only eaten inside once and it’s sort of run down and could use updating. I thought they were closed for remodeling but I’m pretty sure I went there afterward and it looked the same to me. The only problem I have is that I don’t like the beef they put in the chop suey so I always say«easy beef» because my mom likes it and every time they still load it up with beef. A lot of the times the chop suey is all beef and a handful of beansprouts or water chestnuts. We continually ask them to no avail.

I LOVEINGS! you feel the awesome asian atmosphere of the restaurant from the minute you see the fountain at the entrance. The inside is pretty cool too. Trust me, the place looks like some rundown shack from the outside, but the inside will really surprise you and exceed your expectations by a lot. The staff is awesome. The food is even better! I LOVELOVE their food. They have a lot of options and everything tastes very authentic. Try the Szechwan Beef(I don’t know if i spelled that right), but it’s awesome. If you want something a little bit less spicy, go for the broccoli and beef or mongolian beef. Great food. Why 4 stars and not 5: only complaint: there was a drunk man yelling and screaming and disturbed the whole restaurant. He was up by the cashier at the front of the restaurant and staff did nothing but kept speaking to him. My company and I were verrry verry appalled by this! THISISBADBUSINESSING’S PALACE! Get a clue and kick a man like that out if you’re not even gaining anything from him, anyway!!! It almost ruined my dinner.

if i could give this place negative stars I would. The food is the second to worse chinese I’ve ever had. I ordered the mooshu and sweet and sour pork plus hot and sour soup. The soup tasted and looked EXACTLY like puke, that I actually threw up a little after eating just two spoons of it. The pork was so sick we didn’t even bother to try it. The only thing that was edible was the mooshu which apparently does not come with pancakes or utensils unless YOUREQUESTFORUTENSILS. I just moved into my apt(needless to say I ended up ordering pizza) after I’d spent the worst 25 bucks of my life. I’d rather pay 25 dollars to have never ordered this meal. Run from this place, its the biggest waste of money. Oh also the cherry on top of my cake, I found a small finger nail in my(puke soup). When I called the place the owner pretended like he had no idea what I was talking about. Great food, and even better service.
