I went here for deodorant and ice cream. I couldn’t find the grocery section, so I asked one of the zombies, oops I mean the employees, if there was any ice cream. He pointed to a small, out of place freezer and said it would be there, and if it’s not, then they’re out of ice cream. Turns out he was right! How do you not have ice cream? What? How? Not even breyers? Popsicles?

Worst customer service ever went looking for a freezer that was on sale so it took me 20 minutes to find somebody to help me out I ask them if they knew if they had any in the back, he said he didn’t know I then asked the manager she called the back room and after 10 minutes of waiting they didn’t have it. Never shopping there again.

I’ve been here multiple times and its always the same thing… employees NEVER speak to you, greet you, ask if you need help… none of that. Why is it that when I come to the register(which moves incredibly slow) I have to initiate the convo with the cashier? If I don’t, they just keep their head down, ring my stuff, and tell me the price. Walking around the store I half the time can’t tell who works there because they’re wearing all different kinds of shirts in different shades of blue… very unprofessional. The only good thing about this place is that the store seems to always be neat and organized… it would be so much better if the employees were approachable

Worst Customer Service ever. Incompetent staff and Pharmacist. I transferred prescriptions because they offered a $ 30 gift card, and it wasn’t worth it at all. They havent had my meds in stock ever without it taking 3 – 4 days. Dont use KMart if your life depends on your meds. I’ll stick to Walgreens and Target for all my needs.

Every time I purchase something here I wait in line more than 10 minutes. Why the fuck is that?

This review is regarding their closing. I love chaos. I thrive on being in the thick of ridiculousness. This store is in the process of shutting down, the shelves are barren, people are picking through the remnants of a dying corporation. We even witnessed a man shoplifting 50% off sundries! The checkers have to manual enter barcodes because the scanners are busted and they wont replaced them. Its an absolutely beautiful side of capitalism you must watch!

It all depends on what you’re shopping for. If you’re planning on running in, grabbing a few things and getting out, you can forget it. What few registers are open, move incredibly slow, and no one employee is dedicated to any one task. There are a few deals worth shopping for, and you can probably save money if you plan ahead and look at the ad. Just give yourself plenty of time. A get well card and a pair of work boots took me 25 minutes.

Wow, the only saving grace to this store is the staff that helped me! Looking for a pair of work pants, turns out dickies are located in the plus size women’s section. Would not have looked there! And you are noy saving money. Go to target!

was there yesterday. store some what busy… looking for a dresser couldn’t find. either no sign or the displays are falling apart. approached an associate, but was talking with another associate who I think may have been a manager. Neither had name tags. stood there for about 3 minutes till the conversation ended. neither bother to look and ask if i needed assistance. finally said excuse me. asked for location of dresser and said she would send someone over, but with an irritated tone of voice. Very rude and unprofessional customer service. No thank yous or any other questions. The person at the checkout lane was nice though We try not to go to Kmart due to the service and the state of the stores. No wonder why they are suffering in the economy.

Was never really a fan of Kmart. Too many flashbacks of the blue light specials over the intercom as a kid! But, since they are close by for last minute gifts, household items, kids clothes, etc. I have been shopping there quite regularly. It seems after Sears bought them, the chain has really improved. They carry a lot of nicer(than previous) name brands and the kids clothes and toys are usually on sale and of good quality. They also have an awesome customer rewards program. Your purchases add up to dollar points and they accumulate. You can use the money you accumulate on your account towards your purchases. This also counts towards Sears purchases. It’s called Shop Your Way Rewards. I have cashed in my $$$ many of times. This particular store is pretty clean and kept up. I would recommend shopping here.

Went here with my mother one day just browsing and trying to kill time while she shopped for garden stuff. They have a pretty sweet collection of garden items if that is what you are looking for. They had some non advertised specials so that was pretty sweet. got some new pillows and a few other items. Store was clean and people were friendly. Bonus(:
