White Castle

I’ve been coming here for years every so often and i’ve always loved their simple menu. I can just stare at the menu and know what I want immediately when I order. I came to dine in one Friday night, to take my order and there’s always some angry manager lady that takes her job way too seriously constantly yelling and it’s goes on to where I can’t even enjoy my time eating. I’m assuming it puts the rest of the crew in a bad mood. The crew I thank and felt bad for at the same time. You’ll definitely love the food though but not the late night manager…

Food can be hit or miss here. Usually good, but they consistently forget something in the bag. Or they give you ONE napkin. I notice if you ask for extra napkins, more cream or salt you will get it. There is one big problem that really isn’t WC’s fault. This location is loaded with panhandlers in the parking lot. I like to sit in my car and eat the burgers. I have yet to sit in the lot without some bum coming up to my car window wanting food, money or fries. Shag them out! I quit going to this location because of the panhandlers. There are even professional beggars standing on the median strip out in front on Harlem Ave. I don’t know when Bridgeview became a haven for beggars but it looks like they have graduated to the big leagues of beggardom.

Food is always well cooked the order is always well put together if you’re going to the drive thru be prepared to wait about 10 to 15 minutes just to get your food. you wonder if it’s worth it just to go inside.

The worst White Castle ever! Sliders have always been my favorite food at least for the last 60 years. I have gotten bad burgers 2 times from here. The last time I took a picture with my phone and asked for a manager. His response «oh wow looks like you got an over cooked one». I go to the one in Countryside now. Much better.
