This is the worst Burger King ever and I don’t even really like Burger King. My boyfriend wanted a quick breakfast before we went to the zoo so we stopped here. This is NOT the place to get a quick breakfast. We waited in the drive thru for about ten minutes for our French toast sticks. Everyone else in the drive thru was waiting just as long. Save your self some time and just stop at the gas station.

I have to say this location has the most rude employees I have ever encountered. Not one word was spoken while I paid and when she handed me my order, but I did get an eye roll when I asked if I had a certain item in my bag. The other disturbing thing I noticed, that the cooks that are handling the food were wearing gloves but the cashier, who handles the money and was also the one placing food items in the bag and not wearing gloves. Disgusting. I came home and couldn’t get past her handling my food and I ended up tossing it away.

We ate lunch here yesterday. Half way through, my daughter noticed a roach crawling on the floor next to her foot ! We told the manager only to be told«that’s enough!» Because she didn’t want to hear be about it! I told her I want a refund, so she grabbed the receipt out of my hand and very angerly put my money on the counter. My son in law showed her the pic of the roach and she continued to yell at us” that is a cricket”! Absolutely No Appologly!

Sloooooowww… This place is always so slow. The burgers come out cold. Drive thru orders are usually wrong(missing items or wrong items). If you’re tight on time; like a short lunch break or need to be somewhere quick, don’t stop here. It’s really too bad, because Burger King is much tastier than other fast food burger places.

Rarely does a customer have to wait longer than normal for their food. The restaurant continues to maintain itself clean and updated. Disclosure: I am a former employee. I am confident the establishment is currently managed by coherent managers, and not the nonsensical managers of 1987: The pernicious manager I recall is Donna Locke. Donna Wear and Rusty were ok at best. Wherever they are employed today should serve as an indication of their competencies.
