McDonald’s

I came here once to dine in and when I wanted to take my order this woman who was the manager I believe kept yelling at me because I did something to her son that works there with her right now. I haven’t done anything nor have I ever met these people but they refused to take my order and told me to have a good day. Called corporate, never returned my calls so I never returned to this location ever again.

The big plus with this location is that they have a kids play zone inside. They still have the older and bigger building design. They haven’t changed to the new building design that is smaller and more compact like most others have. But don’t get me wrong, they do have the double drive thru, like all the rest. I find the interior still spacious as well as interesting and comfortable. I give them high marks for getting your food quickly and accurately, compared to a few others in the area.

I don’t expect exceptional Customer Service at McDonalds but what I do expect is respect given to all customers. I went through the Drive Thru with my mom. We ordered 2 Sweet teas with Apple pies. The cashier tone was very sarcastic when she asked how many pies we wanted to order. She also steadily called my mom HONEY who is 50 year old grown woman and she had not a clue that was very unprofessional. It was no big deal but we wanted her to know you don’t who you are speaking to when saying things inappropriate.
When we finally got our food the lady in the next window was even more rude and nasty. She basically shoved our food through the window and didn’t say a word to us. She was basically staring at us which was just plain weird. I told her is this how you treat customers and she just stood there. I asked for the manager who was just as worse. The manager came to the window and asked what happened. I asked her name but she answered my question with a question. She stated they are not required to give their name. Really?! You are manager who won’t give a name, like really!?! I asked her for the owner name she said his name was «Johnny». At this point the real owner came out who name I believe was Rob. So she lied. We explained the situation and he was apologetic and he said he would talk to the employees we came into contact with. I will be writing a letter to corporate as well.

McDonald’s is McDonald’s, right?
But some pluses with this particular one; large ‘play place’ for the kids,
decorative, clean and open dining room,
good customer service and plenty of parking.

I came for breakfast this morning. Quick service! I had a McGrittle and a hash brown. The hash brown is way too greasy, but it was still okay. The McGrittle was good actually! There is a decent play area for the kids. I would come back for breakfast!

Worst drive through wait times ever!
And the kids play area should be either sanitized or shut down it smells awful!
Kids should have to wear socks mandatory.
