Don’t hire this company — they’re shady and are just trying to scam people. I hired what I thought was «Tulip cleaning service» but someone from another company was sent instead. He pulled up in his own car and pulled out what looked like something he rented from Home Depot (no offense to Home Depot, I’m just assuming it’s cheaper than what I paid for this company!) to clean our carpets. He had no identification for the company I hired and just looked like a random guy off the street. I felt very uncomfortable especially when the quote I received on the phone ($ 199) was increased to twice that. I was able to talk him down but still paid an extra $ 150 than what was originally quoted. The finished product was underwhelming — it just looked like it had been vacuumed. I used another company last year that did a much better job — the carpets looked great and they were half the price — if only I could remember their name!

I wouldn’t use this company. It was my first time using them and they never showed up to the confirmed appointment. When I contacted them about their no show I didn’t hear back for a few days. When I did hear back there was no apology. I was told I was called but I never received any calls. When asked if they left a message I was told no. So they don’t show up and don’t leave messages or call for that matter. They have ridiculous policies which include that if you don’t answer the phone when they don’t even call then they won’t come to the scheduled appointment even after it was confirmed.
