Not impressed with the service at this BOSE or the location. It’s on the lowest level of the Bridgewater Commons Mall.
Service unfriendly. I did replace my defective QC2’s with some QC3’s with no problems. However, the staff here was not friendly or attentive as in the King of Prussia Bose (see:
).
I was in the market for a BOSE 1−2−3 system for my wife. Would not drop the almost 2G’s to get it from this retail location, as the service and sales staff were not up to par or my expectations.
