Excellent Customer Service! I purchased a set of ear buds from an authorized dealer earlier this year. The right side stopped working after 6 months. Took them into the store to inquire about repair and walked out with a new set. Now that is customer service and a company who stands behind their brand. I am looking at purchasing a set of noise cancelling headphones from Bang and Olufsen at a much higher price point than Bose’s but because of today’s experience, I will be seriously considering the Bose Q25s.

I have bought MULTIPLE Bose in ear head phones. Sadly I’ve lost two and then had two stolen… And there is a reason why I keep getting them. Of course they’re great quality… But it’s the customer service that also adds on to the experience. I’ve had to replace two(which they did even of it was my fault) because I constantly wear them to the gym so they were tugged, sweated on and who knows what else! I also tended to wrap them around my phone when I wasn’t using them. Either way I guess they noted that on my account that I constantly use them for the gym and they offered to upgrade my head phones to the sport in-ear ones. I recently had to replace them due to my savage nature and they offered free shipping and the upgrade… Unfortunately, I didn’t have the money then to upgrade so they noted it on my account so I could call back and get the same upgrade that was offered. Thanks!!! I honestly doubt I would ever stray from Bose headphones or from Bose speakers. They have a loyal customer here… Quality and great service are awesome In my book! :)

I have always been a Bose fan and I think it is great that you can go to a speciality store to get focused service and support. The people working there are knowledgable and you can get a really good feel for everything across their product line. Though nothing to do with the store itself it seems that Sonos is a rising competitor for wireless sound distribution. It will be very interesting to see how the product lines play out against each other in the years to come.

At first, I was really annoyed that my husband purchased very expensive ear bud headphones for me. The ones that came with my ipod were working fine, thank you very much. But before I knew it, I was absolutely addicted to the comfort and ease of my Bose ear buds. But that is not what I am writing about. Shortly after I received them, the ear buds stopped working in one ear. Puzzled, I called the Bose company and they immediately offered to replace my very expensive ear buds. Not only that, they explained that it was probably my fault that the ear buds stopped working(I had been wrapping them around my ipod) but that it didn’t matter — THEYWOULDREPLACETHEMANYWAY!!! I couldn’t believe it. Even when I have insurance on most products I can’t get a replacement if the problem was a result of my actions. Bose replaced the ear buds almost immediately. And they sent me extra ear bud covers — can you believe this company? I happily went about my business for well over a year and a half. I wore those ear buds to death, and yes, often I pulled on them a little too roughly getting them out of my bag or yanked them a little too hard when they got stuck in my bike helmet. Sure enough, I eventually handled them so callously that one ear stopped emitting sound. Cheapskate that I am, I called Bose again asking if I could pay just to get the one side repaired(rather than lash out on a whole new pair). And guess what happened next? THEYOFFEREDTOREPLACETHEMAGAIN. FORFREE!!! I have to say, I will never, ever, ever in a million years buy a product from another company if it is offered by Bose. Why would I? A company that wants to see satisfied customers and that immediately responses to customer queries(I did not wait in an automated queue to talk to someone and then get connected to a person half way around the world, by the way) is one that I definitely want to support.
