Swarovski

So I came here a couple of days before Christmas looking for the Angel ornament. They didn’t have it and they called around for me. The Garden State Plaza allegedly had one, but who is going to drive to Paramus three days before Christmas? Not me, that’s for sure. Rt. 17 is already the 6^th or 7^th circle of hell on a good day… I digress.
I wound up buying something I didn’t really like as a gift. I then found the angel ornament in Bloomies in Short Hills! It was a Christmas miracle. I was very happy. But I had a crystal thing I didn’t like and no receipt. (I am forgetful). I took the ugly ornament back to this store and my iPhone and showed them my credit card statement. They accepted my return even though they didn’t have to. This was wonderful customer service. I will shop at this location again especially since it is so close to my office.

I love shopping here! The store is small but packs a big punch with its inventory! The cases are filled with beautiful sparkleys just waiting for you to wear them! I love the customer service that Swarovski provides. I have gone into this location multiple times and they are always eager to help. They have even gone as far as to show me their catalogs of up coming pieces that have not yet been released. You can preorder for one to be shipped to their store so you can see it first hand in your own size. They’ll also order pieces in your size if they are all out of it in the store. It’s always done at no cost to you and they simply call when it arrives and just ask that you pop in to see if you’d like to purchase it within the week. Swarovski crystals are timeless, fine quality and cut with high precision. They also have crystal figures you can purchase as well. Those aren’t really my cup of tea– I prefer the jewelry, however I have noticed a lot of people buying them. They have items in a wide range of price points too. It just really depends on what you’re looking for. I’d def. reccomend popping by this location! They have yet to dissapoint and will get to know you on a first name basis– I’m a sucker for personalization! :o)
