My husband loves it here and I am not necessarily in love with it, but we do go here once or twice a month. My biggest gripe is that the carnitas(which is what I always get, because pork) doesn’t taste dry rubbed and slow roasted the way I like, it’s kind of wet and mushy… still yummy and flavorful, but not how I love it in my burrito bowl. That being said, here are the things I really like: it is FAST and fresh! Tonight they had just run out of carnitas when I ordered it, so they whipped up a fresh batch in like 8 min. When all the ingredients are ready, it is even faster and always tastes fresh. Some people commented that they weren’t big fans of the servers, but I find the opposite is true: we usually get the server Ted, who not only goes out of his way to make sure he is putting your meal together exactly the way you want, he is also really knowledgeable about the food and will answer questions readily. In fairness, we are usually there for a quick weeknight dinner so it’s never really super busy. I love the hot sauces that everyone commented on, I am also a sucker for those big soda machines that they have in the store(that have a bazillion options) and probably my favorite part: they always have FRESHCILANTRO!!! Portions are huge and the price can’t be beat! Dinner for 2 is usually around $ 20 depending on what we get. The food isn’t fancy and I don’t think it’s entirely authentic, but it is good and a great value.

YES! I am so happy that I came Carnitas, a local taquería in a small strip mall on Rte. 28 in Bridgewater. Someone has been telling me about Carnita’s for just over a year. I looked for it a couple months ago, but google maps wasn’t precise about its location, across from Eliott’s Beverages. They have daily specials. Based on the sign in their window, the specials are for the work week. Being that it’s Wednesday, I ordered a chicken burrito, dressed with a homemade mango-habañero salsa, black beans, brown rice, corn. It was delicious. Next time, I’ll try the steak or Carnita’s. They have a selection of hot sauces that made the enthusiast in me light up. I have never seen a quarter of the labels they display. I tried maybe 6/7, including their hot sauce challenge sauce and Dave’s insanity sauce. Of course, they carry run of the mill sauces, like Frank’s, cholula, Valentina’s, and Tabasco, but they offer a rare selection of sauces to try. I will be back well before I even think of pancheros or chipotle, maybe as soon as tomorrow for Taco Thursday.

Guys that work over there look like they’re serving food in a prison. No smile, just a mean mug. The food is not authentic Mexican by no means. They don’t even have corn tortillas. I came in there at 8:40pm, all the veggie tasted like they were made around lunch time. Nothing good at this place. For that price just go to chipotle, you will get a much better experience for your buck and taste buds!

Been there twice — had the meaty nachos and my daughter had a burrito. Second time had $ 2 tacos and the empanadas — the empandas weren’t that flavorful, but they were freshly made. Recommendation is that they make the ordering process clearer *(i.e. pick your type, meat, toppings, how much is included, etc.). I do like the selections of hot sauces though! Wanted to add — when I went back the second and third times — the service wasn’t as good, the hot sauce selection wasn’t as large and the food just wasn’t as good. Not sure what changed, but it’s just not as good as the first time.

First time here. The steak was tender and had good flavor. I think they’re still trying to figure things out but it’s a good start. Definitely cheaper than any of the chains and the food seems fresh. If they’re trying for authenticity maybe they should offer both corn and flour tortillas for the tacos instead of using a soft flour taco as a wrapper for the hard taco shell. Also, the green sauce should NOT be sweet.

Great food and good value. They have ample selection of hot sauces to garnish your burrito or taco. They also have a Coke Freestyle machine which is always fun(although no mellow yellow…). Great for families or chilling with friends. Clean atmosphere with a true flare for the authentic. Looking forward to along their taco challenge.

I have been here 3 times. Twice for a «taco Thursday or Tuesday» and once for«burrito Wednesday». The first time was not very good(and yes I came back) the people I was with had a pleasant experience so I thought I’d try again. The first time I was told the fish taco could only be ordered in twos and it would take five mins to cook(which is good because it’s fresh) my third taco was brisket, very good flavor. They cooked my fish way too long and ruined it. I bought chips and salsa and the chips had a ridiculous amount of salt which I hate. The third time I went the salt was fine. Both salsa I had were not very good. I had the mango habanero and then the verde(green) and it was very sweet. The burrito was good I had the chicken and the steak carnitas and the brisket tacos the third time I went were good. The thing I love most is all the hot sauces they have(about 20 – 30) All in all I would eat there again but not get the fish it’s not worth the hit or miss. Also there should be a sign on the rail that says where to order I watched numerous people get confused.

This place is very good. I ordered the beef burrito bowl with the mango habanero salsa. The guy that created the magical meal was Ted. He gave me some hot sauce«but won’t kill you type of hot sauce» too. Let me tell you, Ted knows his hot sauce. My meal was what I needed for a Friday night study session. Just go here, better than pancheros down the street. The prices are better and you get bigger portions too.

Love taco Tuesday. $ 2 beef chicken or pork and $ 3 fish taco. Their tacos are better then their burritos.

The best Burritos around, I love the one big chain that sells Burritos but this place blows them away.

This place is awesome! I will definitely return. The meat is cooked to perfection. The steak tacos are my favorite! The beef were all the rave as well. I will try every taco they make. Unfortunately, fish tacos come 2 in an order and i really wish they were fried. Otherwise stop by this place. You wont be disappointed.

We ordered take out from here the other night. It did take about 40 minutes to arrive, but they were up front about that on the phone. The food was quite good and lots of it. I had the mahi-mahi tacos. The fish was a little dry, but the flavor was quite good. I also ordered a burrito because it sounded so good that I wanted to try it. It was HUGE! I took 3 bites off the end and it doesn’t look any smaller at all. It’s packed with yummy ingredients and I’m looking forward to reheating it for lunch. The sides of rice and beans are also very large. I ordered the Spanish rice. It was yellow in color, but could use just a little more seasoning. The guacamole was delicious. Very fresh and homemade-tasting. Overall it was pretty good. It’s nice to have a good Mexican place nearby with straight up tacos and burritos. Forget Pancheros(down the street), go straight to Carnitas. I’m looking forward to eating in someday soon.

If you’re looking for a quick and yummy takeout, try Carnitas factory. You have your pick of tacos, burritos, quesadillas– you know the usual. I usually go for the tacos since they have a lot of different options for meat to try out. My favs are the pork carnitas and the brisket. I wasn’t sure of the brisket the first time I tried it because it has a like a sweet BBQ sauce, but it grew on me. They have many fixins to choose from and many unique hot sauces including atomically hot ones that will make your stomach cry purely by just smelling. Go there for taco Tuesday for a cheap deal.

I went here because I got a review from a friend that the place was pretty good. I figured she would know since her family eats similar foods. I got a quesoritto, which apparently Taco Bell makes one as well, and it was awesome. I would never get the one at Taco Bell now that I had the one here. They make it right in front of you. The spanish rice is amazing with it. We tried the roasted corn salsa and some pineapple pepper salsa. The corn isn’t roasted, but it still tasted good. I liked the pineapple, it was different but still yummy on the chips. We got the empanadas, which were fairly good. It was made with ground beef. Usually when I get them somewhere else, it’s made with pulled pork. Overall I had a great experience. The food was yum, the people were very nice and friendly. I can’t wait to go back again :)

Hits the spot when that taco craving comes crashing down. Carnitas Taco Factory spits out delectable tacos on the haste. Offering a variety of taco concoctions, you can get top quality Mexican mixes for cheap prices. Went with 2 tacos for $ 3.19, they layer the soft around the crunchy shell which is the best way to taco any day of the week. Definitely gonna make more stops here on the regular.

Ordered a burrito for the first time here and it was fantastic amazing food. Hands down better than any corporation owned taco spot. This place is beyond unbelievable. Try it for yourself. –Happy customer
