I ordered a medium iced coffee at a different Dunkin and they managed to mess it up completely but I didn’t notice until I was too far away. I went into this location and asked the manager if I could get it replaced. He didn’t ask questions and gave me a new one. He was super patient with the rest of my order and made sure the staff made the drinks properly.

The owner of this location simply doesn’t want to spend the money to staff according to its customers’ needs. The wait is horrendous, with one person trying to perform multiple tasks as the lines get longer and longer. Again today I stood and watched as the frenzy continued, all the while waiting for my hot latte. I saw other people after me getting their drinks, and I had to ask the woman who took my order, where my coffee was. She promptly left the register and made it, thus causing more delays for the next people in line. If the owner of this DD is too cheap to pay for one more employee to cover the lunch rush, I’m too cheap to give him any more of my money. Won’t be back here again. There are plenty of other DD’s around!

The morning crew is fantastic! I lived around the corner and went there everyday. They remembered my order and that I sometimes got double. It was most often made while I was in line. I moved away and came back after about a year and one team member remembered my order and asked me if I wanted two. They also over stocked the pumpkin so it was available until the summer. These guys rock!
