Dunkin’ Donuts

Came here at like 6am this past Saturday. It’s just like any other Dunkin’ Donuts, but the service was very slow and I was in a rush. Also, there were people behind the counter in front of customers laughing at stuff on their phones which bothered me since once again, I was in a rush and they weren’t paying attention.
I got a veggie egg white on a flatbread and I saw the woman put it in the oven.
(1) The flatbread was put on upside down — which bothered me especially since I’m obsessive compulsive.
(2) It looked like she put it directly on a pre-​existing sheet of paper that looked like it had a piece of meat laying on it.
I am a VERY PARANOID vegetarian. To be honest, I didn’t eat it afterwards in fear that it touched meat. Not to play the culture card, but she’s indian, so I was surprised she didn’t understand that. To her credit, it may not have been meat because I was seeing it from far away. But either way it made me question my food. Sometimes ignorance I suppose can be bliss, but this was happening right in front of me.
My iced coffee was just like any other Dunkin’ Donuts iced coffee, and so were the donuts I got for my parents.
I’ve had very good experiences at Dunkin’ before — not this particular one, but others. The staff here just seemed lazy and apathetic. It’s a chain, so regardless of what I write they’ll still get business. But, I still feel an obligation to society to be honest regardless.

Friendly and very efficient staff but one star lost for a few too many poorly made/​brewed beverages. As far as DDs go this is the best in the area, though.

I’ve been to plenty of other Dunkin Donuts locations and this one has the best coffee, hands down. I asked one time and was told that they clean the coffee maker every night. Another good thing is the place is kept very clean.
I’ve had nothing but good service and they have never messed up an order. I have always had a great experience there.

Service was friendly yet slow, confused and our order was completely bolloxed up.

How about a little management and service training?
BTW — One star is pushing it, yet I couldn’t give it zero and have this review posted.
First both coffee orders were wrong then, shall I mention that we waited 15 min for our order while folks who had ordered after us came and went?
I finally asked a server if our order was ready. She peered into a bag waiting on the side of the counter then proceeded to reopen it and paw through each item and agreed it was our order.
As I said. OMG!

I tried the new tomato mozzerella supreme bagel. It was very fresh and tasted so good warm. The woman at the counter was very nice but the man ringing me up seemed confused. He tried to give me someone else’s change and reciept. I looked at him kinda funny and he did not seem to understand why. The other customer left so I put the change in the tip jar as it was not mine. They have done many updates since my last visit. It has a very warm atmosphere.

Customer service at its worst… bought the oatmeal snack and found it too salty… have had this at other locations and never found it to be so salty… when asked why the oatmeal was salty. the kid at the counter got upset and got into an argument… after the banter when I was ready to walk out he offered another .I agreed… this time he mixed the oatmeal with little water… in short threw out the oatmeal. never going back there ever… no thank you…

Your standard no-​frills Dunkin. My only complaint is that they don’t have Dark Roast. Wicked pissah!
