My fiancé went here for my engagement ring(which I love) and dealt with the store manager Rabia! She helped him make a fantastic choice ! We went back for our wedding bands and saw Rabia again. She sat with us and showed us many different styles. All I can say is we left there smiling ! I definitely recommend this place !!

I do not recommend this location ATALL! There are many issues to be warned about, so here is a list of my experience. 1. I do not own jewelry, so I was not sure of my ring size. My fiancé and I went to Kay’s to get my engagement ring. The girl there measured my finger incorrectly. 2. The same girl mislead us about the value of the Love Notes discount, making it seem like store credit. 3. When we went back to buy the wedding bands the employees tried to sell us $ 130 wedding bands for $ 300. We pointed out the error and showed them their catalogue(which was on the counter) and they said that sale did not apply to their store. 4. While they were trying to charge me $ 300 for each ring, hey said the second discount from the Love Notes would not apply because I was $ 2 short. They recommended I buy more jewelry to get the discount. Really? Hundreds of dollars, and $ 2 really makes a difference? 5. They looked online and found the rings to be the price we had shown them. They said they could order them online for us and they would be there in 5 days and THEN they would ship them out to get resized. It took 10 days and I had to go back to sign off for them to be resized. 6. I picked up the wedding bands a few days ago. One band was not polished so they had to send it back out again. The employee seemed confused at what was wrong with the ring. 7. I tried on the wedding band(which they should have had me do in the store) and they got the size wrong! I had both my engagement ring and wedding band resized to a size 6. The engagement ring fits, but the wedding band does not fit! So now I have to go back to get them to ship the ring out again to get the right size. I think I may just pay for Jared’s or someone to get finally it right.

Caveat emptor! buyer beware kay Jewelers has a nasty habit of changing lifetime policies without notifying you. When you think you’re covered, you’re probably not. And don’t expect management to be of much help they’re limited by their policies.

My engagement ring, purchased from this location, is a Leo. Kay is one of the few authorized jewelers who carries this«artisan» diamond. Look at it next to other rings and you’ll see that a Leo diamond is visibly more brilliant. It’s a very *sparkly* ring, regardless of carat size. I was hugely impressed with the customer service I received from one of their sales associates(20-something male) who noticed that my fiancé had left some very important paperwork on the counter after getting the ring sized. When my fiancé called the store and asked if the paperwork was there, whomever he spoke to said no. When I went to the store in person, he happened to be working and he remembered us. He had kept the paperwork behind the register. Very cool of him to do so. An important point to make is that Kay does NOT do appraisals. This would have not been an issue, except for that my insurance company has made my life extremely difficult by requiring an appraisal(the ring is only 4 months old) to add it onto my homeowner’s insurance policy. Kay assured me that the I.G.I. Certificate of Authenticity would be acceptable, but it was not — even though my insurance company has seen the C.O.A. and the Purchase Invoice. I have to go back there now and get something signed that says they witnessed me being in possession of the ring and that the serial number etched on it(only visible under a microscope) matches the C.O.A. Bottom line, make sure you are getting a straight answer from whoever you are dealing with… otherwise you will end up with a huge headache.
