I like this location, but the men’s suit section doesn’t have enough customer service reps, and I found them to be unhelpful. They didn’t assist people in order of how long they had been there.

A 3 or a 4? Hmmmmm 3 or a 4? Def not a 5. .
They claim to have all these sales… well am I in the same store? Just got under Armour pants and, a nike top at full price… yea, me! They 10 sneakers they sell, well ok they seem to have sale tags on them. NOTHING to flip out about and, fight some lady for the last size though. I do pop in here for the MAC make up department from time to time. That can suck too. They never have anything. OR THEY ARE so Crowded with one sales person working. …That gets annoying when you feel the need to take fellow clients on yourself to make the line move faster. Must say I have prevented many ladies from buying the wrong foundation! ! Lol Sales people cam seem to hate their lives. .idk again it’s a store I do go to more often than you would think because I’m not fond of it… Actually I have been hitting TJX max alot more instead! !

The holiday rush and the place is full. Have been here prior and the staff very helpful. This time the staff is overwhelmed. Of course the merchandise is excellent. Just dive in and shop

Macy’s, the staple of customer service! I enjoy shopping at Macy’s, next to Lord & Taylor, my favorite two stores. Macy’s offers the finest quality items and products. I love the Jones NY Collection. Customer service has always been one of their strong points, as well. I have never encountered any challenges with exchanges or returns!
My favorite Macy’s store is located at the Bridgewater Mall in Bridgewater, NJ. There are several entrances to Macy’s including the Mall entrance, however, because the mall closes at 9 PM and Macy’s is open till 9:30 PM, it would be advisable to to park through their own separate entrances… This way you’re not running around to get to you car, especially, if you plan on shopping late.
In addition, I love watching the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade from Central Park West, up close and personal, nothing compares.

What a great location! There is so much to choose from, so much inventory. The staff is very helpful, very nice & very patient. The store is kept in pretty good order for a department store. You can find whatever you need & no one is rushing you out of the store. We were there until they were getting ready to close & the staff was still working to help your needs. Great customer service!

I feel like this is a pretty good store. They have a pretty large men’s selection and they run some special sales where you can get some new threads very heavily discounted. The Men’s section definitely gets a little cluttered and it’s part hit or miss, depending on if they have your size or not. They typically have a pretty good men’s shirt selection which is nice.
This is pretty much the only Macy’s I go to, so I can’t really compare it to many others but I seem to do alright here.

I like macy’s b/c of their assortment of items, their sales help a little bit too but overall I do find a lot of good clothes there. Not everything though but just the run of the mill decent clothes. Also I always go to the cologne counter to find a new scent that I want or small items to give as gifts. So it gets expensive every time I go to Macy’s.
One thing I do have to say, sometimes they run sales that can run with the big discounters. You never know what you will find.
