Bad experience. I set up a corporate account(mind you to start we only switched two of our phones from Verizon). The first part relatively smoothly in terms of getting the phones, but I did have to pay full price and then be credited back the difference once they were received and I had to go back and return my phones from verizon. That is fine, but annoying because it was close to $ 2,000. NOW the real problem became after I received the phone, for whatever reason, who knows why the rep did not set it up correctly but somehow EVEN though I set up the account and paid for the phones — I was NOT an authorized user? what? The guy set up my employee as the only one who can authorize anything. After numerous phone calls, emails, and more explaining that I am the person who was there and set up the account I FINALLY got added as an authorized user but all around a terrible experience and costly too because it took so many hours to straighten out. I have another 200 phone lines but clearly I am not switching those over!

Be very careful when choosing this store for new phones, etc. I needed to add some phones to our current plan and went in the store and was helped by an associate named Sean. We were happy with the service we received until we got our first bill which totaled $ 415(our previous bills were $ 84 a month). I called and spoke to Sean who admitted it was possible he had forgotten to tell us there was an activation fee of $ 40 per phone totaling $ 160 for the 4 new phones. They had also charged us $ 7 per phone for a monthly insurance(on a .99 phone). We should have been told about the activation fee before signing up for a 2-year plan so we could have made an informed decision about using AT&T. So my advice would be to think twice about going to this location and maybe even think twice about using AT&T at all. If we get an opportunity to have another provider buy us out of our plan, we’ll be doing it.
