Looking for an outdoor space for a small and quick wedding ceremony. Not sure who to contact for information on doing so at this park. Help?

Reno of this park turned out great! It’s small, but it has a very well cared for lawn and a cool outdoor stage with kind of a modern look. Hopefully they’ll do some concerts there this summer. Also it’s right across from the library, so a good spot to grab a book and do some reading outside!

I like to bring my dog to this park because there’s a lot of open grass space and since i have a dog, this works out quite well.

This is a tiny little triangle park between Academy Hill and Chestnut Hill, near the Veronica Smith Center. I love coming here though. There are three little enclosed areas tucked away behind the center – a small sand park, an area with picnic tables, and an area with statues and benches. Then there is a basketball court and some benches near the street. I love the sand park. I don’t care how questionable the sand is. It’s a place to come with your toddler(if you clean it up first, and clean up your toddler afterwards!) and feel like you are at the beach. Yes, you have to scan it first for broken glass and trash, and I wish it had some fresh sand. Still, it is a peaceful little place and I love it.
