Former tenant here — lived on Nottinghill Road for three years and have nothing but nice things to say about the landlord. The owner, John, is a true gentleman and a master repairman. He personally responded to all of our maintenance requests within 24 hours and we always paid our rent on time. McDevitt ended up keeping us for three years at the same rate. Our heat and hot water were included along with two off-​street parking spaces, and no security deposit! If I didn’t own a home, I would definitely consider moving back to Nottinghill Road.

TO THE PUBLIC
The object of this review is to inform the public that Messrs John and Pat McDevitt (dba McDevitt Realty) have refused to honor their obligation to me, a former tenant, and have thereby caused financial detriment. That they also refuse to return polite correspondence via telephone and post (which an honorable man is bound to give), that they do not live up to their words, that they deny promises made, and that they do not act in good faith toward gentlemen, I hereby pronounce them scoundrels and cowards.
