Unbelievable! So you walk in to a dirty restaurant as every single garbage is overflowing(see pictures). Then after 3 – 5 minutes you finally get an order taken. Never get asked size, etc. No cup given. Now wait 6 minutes for food. Burger was ok… fries cold. Dining room with no heat on. They decide to lock the doors early to avoid people coming in… although most drive thru customers come to the door to fix their orders. Manager just walks past every overflowing garbage can to lock doors… ignores them. In fact people just leave trash on top of bins… and tables since no room left in cans. Drink station a mess, most tables not clean… floor not swept… but why would it be? The girl behind the counter almost fell because of all the trash on the floor behind the counter! With EVERY possible option for food within ½ mile of here… why come back? Too bad i was passing thru… made mistake of coming here. Unfortunately nobody reads these before coming as every review states similar issues… and clearly management doesn’t read them either or else changes would have happened by now. Avoid this location 100%! 1 star only because I have to… should be no stars!

1 star because the whoppers are good. Service is worst of any fast food place in all of this country! Drive through takes 20 mins w even only 1 or 2 cars in line. Inside, you can be the only customer and it will take 15 mins to get your food. Does anyone own this store? Obviously he or she takes no pride in their things. The managers are useless as are the employees. How are they even still in business?

I don’t know what it is about this Burger King, but even when the store is empty, and there are just two people ahead of you in the drive through, you’re still waiting 20 minutes. I’ve never been to a fast food place that regularly takes as long as they do with little to no traffic. It’s every time.

Worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever encountered! On my way to work we ordered inside, I had to bus/clean our own table as there were no clean seats or tables! We were 2 people of 6 in restaurant at 2:45pm. The place looked like a tornado hit it. Didn’t even attempt to try the restroom. Thank god for hand sanitizer in my purse! Our order came out and they said they’d bring out my corndog when it was ready. Never got my corndog, so I told them just to give me a bacon cheeseburger deluxe with no ketchup(it was the same price) to-go. Easy, right? Uh, no. In the car to work, I opened to-go bag to find an old squished plain burger with only mustard, ketchup and pickle. Too scared to eat it, so went to work hungry for 7 hours!

Worst experience ever… even for fast food. 20 minutes to get through drive through. Order was wrong. Buns were stale, food was cold, fries were so bad we spit them out. Lady working the drive through appears to have not bathed in weeks. So nasty.

There is not enough time in the day to write an appropriate review for how awful our experience was at this bk. Manager suzie, who should be fired, was absolutely, positively, the worst manager I have ever been in contact with in any situation. I’ve already called the store manager and district manager and will continue to tell my story higher up. In short, they got our order wrong and when my wife approached the counter and stood there waiting to be helped, an employee shorter«now what?! «. My wife was stunned and walked away when suzie asked her what the problem was. She told her what the employee said and didn’t apologize and then simply offered her a piece of cheese to put on top of the burger rather than remake it. When we demanded a refund we were told it was against bk policy. That didn’t fly with me, an attorney and I demanded it again. She finally gave us a refund and called me a bi*ch as we left. When my wife called her out on it she simply said we had an attitude and disrespected her husband(the first employee). Needless to say, I’ll be taking this higher and higher to get this idiot fired. Do not deal with her. The only positive here is the way the store manager and district managers handled the situation.

I made a new account to write this. It took 20 minutes to get our order of 4 items wrong. Don’t go here ever. There were 3 cars sitting in the drive-thru and 2 ended up just leaving. I’m going to write the rest of this review with other stuff about how bad this place is so it counts as a review and not a tip because everyone deserves to know how bad this place is.

I usually wouldn’t rate a fast food joint but this BK is so freaking awful it deserves a review. They consistently fail to meet any mediocre level of service in the drive-thru. I remember once I pulled up to the order box and no one came on to take my order. I honked. Nothing. I had time to kill so I hopped on my phone, found their number and called inside. When someone answered I asked if they were closed and he said no. I mentioned I had been sitting in the drive-thru forever. He said oops, pooped his head out the window then said someone will be with me shortly. That never happened. I called back five minutes later(now it was just getting to the point I had to see how much more they could fail). I mentioned I was still there and he said wait one more minute. Nobody ever came on the speaker. It was the middle of the day, it wasn’t like they just opened and weren’t ready yet. Gave up after that and left. Amazing. Great work BK.

Ugh! Is there any such thing as a good Burger King? Went here for lunch today and ordered a Whopper without onions. Got a Whopper with extra onions… *sigh* I don’t know why I was surprised. The lady at the drive-thru window talking crap about the customer who was at the speaker was a nice touch.
