If it were possible to leave a Unilocal review with no stars, I would. Not only are the cleaning services subpar, the company is full of untrustworthy people!
We paid $ 80 for Tanya’s crew to clean our small 2bedroom apartment. For starters, they did a terrible job cleaning (dust everywhere, was obvious that nothing had been moved on counters/​tabletops to dust).
To make things worse, our apartment was broken into less than an hour after the cleaners left. During the day, on a busy street, in a safe neighborhood. Police think they left a window unlocked so they or an accomplice could break in as soon as I went out.
When we informed Tanya (the company’s owner), she was extremely defensive and would not even consider the possibility that one of her employees had done something criminal in her absence.
Needless to say, we would NOT recommend this cleaning service. There are plenty of other cleaners in the area that will actually do a decent job cleaning and won’t require a full Boston Police investigation afterwards!
