Meh… So I downloaded the DDPERKS app and loaded up a gift card on there to get the rewards and this store has been a blur of confusion with it. From not knowing how to use it to not knowing how to make certain drinks(just stuff from the menu, nothing out of my imagination) I’ve about had it with this place… Today I even went through the drive through to get a caramel macchiato and they said their machine was down. No biggie, I just asked what I could get that’s similar in caramel flavor and another voice jumped over the PA and demanded what I wanted, «you want cream or sugar?!?» So I just said to cancel my order and drove off. This has reaffirmed why I don’t like Dunkin Donuts and why they have to wear shirts that put down other brands(they’re wearing shirts that says«friends don’t let friends drink Starbucks!). Id rather get cheap gas station coffee that sucks than support this place…

I went through the drive thru, September 2, 2015, and the young lady that was working at the window was really horrible. You’d be better off having a monkey work the window. I understand that things don’t always work and their iced coffee machine was down. Which brings me to my next point. I called dunkin the next day to see if their machine was up and running and the man said yes our iced coffee is working. I drove 5 miles to dunkin the out find out their machine is DOWNANDNOTRUNNING. Waste of my gas and my time! Later that day I went to a McDonalds to get a iced coffee rather than experience that again. Whatever happened to Customer Service?

Every time I come to this location, my caramel latte is not made right and always tastes like a cup of black coffee. It is very disappointing because this location is so close to where I live, but if I’m craving a Dunkin’ Donuts caramel latte, I do not go to this location. Instead, I head over to Howell to get a properly made version of my favorite drink.

So I’ve actually only ever been to the drive-thru at this dunkin, but I have no complaints and I’m a girl from Boston who is VERY picky about her dunkin! The coffee always tastes amazing and the drive thru workers are great. Never had anything wrong with my order and it’s cheap because it’s dunkin! Love it!

checked last week, august 2013, and this is still Don’s Donuts, not dunkin donuts. looks like an old dunkin donuts inside, even the same color signs. The donuts were some of the best i’ve found in the whole metro area. Loved that they had the peanut covered cake; chocolate cake good too; and the glazed. don’t think i bought any i didn’t like, well maybe the cherry cake. still the best in years. will return

Update — we got a dozen paczki on Paczki Day back in February. I figured they would be good. Ohhh… maaaan. Truly delicious. The dough was excellent; eggy, rich, chewy but not a lardy gut-bomb. The fillings were top rate, too. Even the prune ones! LOL! My boyfriend didn’t want to get more than a dozen, worried they wouldn’t keep in the freezer. We took our time to eat them and they lasted a month. He’s sorry NOW that we didn’t get a gross of them. We will have to head back up there soon to stock the freezer.
