Michael Place Apartment Home

0 complaints. This is a great, quiet place to live. I was concerned, at first, with the apartments being across from a school and two doors down from the county jail, but there has been 0 issues. It’s a quiet and safe neighborhood (esp with the Sheriff’s office right next door).
The apartments are better than most with some excellent upgrades. They have natural wood cabinets instead of ugly laminate, ample counter space, separate pantry/​laundry room, and huge bedrooms.
Being individually owned instead of corporate owned gives these apts a better handle on their residents. Any maintenance issues are taken care of immediately and you know who you’ll talk to when you call or walk into the office.
The only reason I give 4 stars is there is no pool or rec room but it is less than a mile from the Brighton rec center.

I had the pleasure of living here for six months, and I can deffently tell you that its a rather cool place to live if you are gonna be in Brighton for a short period of time (under 2 year or so) or if you just like apartment life.
The Apartments are new, using a rather nifty electronic key system, which keeps the locks from being picked, and gives you an extra feeling of saftey. I had one of the 3^rd story one bedroom apartments, which had the best kitchen I had ever ever had. There was more counter space then I knew what to do with (I wish I could steal some and put it in my apartment in Brooklyn: P) and the apliances were deffently very good as well, along with the hard wood floor in the kitchen. There was a good sized living and dining room, and everything was new and clean when I moved there. My Apartment and those of my friends (so I assume everyones) had a gas fireplace in it, which actually served great in the winters as my heater. The place is wired for comcast cable and internet, although they were cool with you mounting dishes for satalite TV.
The only problems with this place is that it is next to the county Jail and across from an elementary school, but since there was never an issue per that, it seemed rather good.
Brenda in the front office was just great, if your looking for an apartment in Brighton, this is the place to go. (atleast it was for me :))
