I concur with all who have commented on the pedicures. The absolute worst pedicure I have ever had, bar none. I do not like when you are taken back to your chair and the water is already in the basin– how many others have soaked in the same bath water that day? My heels were so rough and darkened from something applied that I came home and gave myself another pedicure– never again! Save your money.

This place charges like a high end salon ($ 150 for a «partial» highlight and cut) but this place really lacks the «look and feel» of a high end salon. Services we’re just OK, not the greatest but not the worst either. Salon was dead on a Saturday at 11:30.

I had booked an appt. for an out of town hair cut and color, they set me up with Kelly, a fantastic colorist. She knew exactly what was wanted and would look fantastic;) She was spot on! My hair was sun and pool frazzled, transformed into a rich, warm, burgundy glow, shiny and soft for Fall. Relaxing and peaceful at 9am. Big windows to enjoy the sun. Very reasonable prices and she was knowledgable about what hair products were for me. Recommend highly! Will be booking another hair appt. in the future. My regular salon is Aveda in California. Beautiful open place to start a fresh new you! Thank you Michelle’s!

This place has all of the right elements for a successful day spa. The spa is separate from the salon (helps keeps outside noise to a minimum), robes and flip flops to change into, a locker to lock up belongings, heated massage table, relaxing music, lightly scented lotions, excellent staff, a shower room (if you need to rinse off lotions after massage) and all at comparable prices.
There are very few things that would have made my experience better. I can only think of a few suggestions:
1. Update to the spa waiting area with higher quality chairs and décor to ease into the whole spa experience
2. Provide great smelling shower gel, shampoo/​conditioner in the shower stall
3. Provide a bottle of water for visitors exiting the spa
4. Maintain the noise level of the chatter behind closed doors (nothing ruins a relaxing massage like loud talking)
Having this spa so close to home saves me the trip to spa’s in Detroit suburbs or up in Linden– I am so happy I checked it out!

Love this place! What a beautiful, clean salon. Had a GREAT haircut from Jo — listening to my ideas, looked at my hair, and figured out what would work for my hair — and showed me products and how to style it — get tongs of compliments and my hair has never looked this good! Every one in there was professional and polite — it’s worth the money and then some!

I always walk out of here feeling great! I have never gotten more compliments on my hair as I do when I get it done here. Ask for Kelly S. She’s an amazing stylist. It is a little pricey, but definitely worth it. Color is wayyy more vibrant and shiny here then anywhere else.
