So much fun! We had a great time out with a group of friends for a date night. Our instructor was hilarious. Even with my complete lack of artistic skill, I managed to get a nice painting! He went through it all step by step and made it so easy! Such a fun night!

This place is awesome. If you’re looking for a fun, unique night out then plan a paint and pour. You can bring your own wine and food and have some laughs. The teacher walks you through step by step and gives you detailed instruction, not hard. The manager, Lauren is extremely friendly and will help you out in any way. I highly recommend!

This was my third Paint and Pour but my first in the Brighton Studio. We had a few teenagers with us, so it’s nice that the Brighton studio is available vs a bar setting. Also, there’s a cute gallery/boutique attached here. We were there on a Saturday night and had Bruce as a teacher, who my daughter thought was really funny. This particular painting was simple and everyone was able to produce something they liked. Paint and Pour fun relies on the gregarious nature of those who show up, so I feel for Bruce… This was a quiet crowd, but he handled it well.

The mobile Paint and Pour with Lee was awesome. It was held at Plymouth Roc, and the servers were great too. Lee is a great teacher. She’s fun, a little goofy, and totally supportive of your emerging painting skills(or in my case, the lack thereof). I liked this course because the instructor slowly demonstrated each stroke and then gave you time to imitate or do your own thing. She was quick to jump to help if needed, and I think with her support, everyone felt like an artist by the end of the night. Worth noting that I did this through a Groupon, and it worked out smoothly. Also, only four people registered for this course, and Lee still held it, which was really awesome. There are also tons of rewards programs if this is something you like to do often, and they try to never repeat a same painting within a three-month period at a particular location(of which there are many). All in all, this was a great experience and I’d recommend it to anyone.

The service at paint and pour is very rude! I took my daughter and son to the Brighton art festival which was amazing! I saw their stand under the gazebo by the millpond and thought it would be fun for the kids! But boy was I wrong, it cost $ 20 for us to paint and they didn’t even give instruction also they would not give us paint and clean water. They made us use someone else’s paint that was there before us so all of the colors were all brown and a little hard. We kept asking for knew paint but they shoved the same old paint in our faces! Come on if they are going to have this kind of thing shouldn’t they at least give you supply’s with out having to beg at least 5 times!

Had an amazing time painting and spending time with friends. I have only done this once but will be back for sure! Everyone was so friendly and the pace was just right for someone that has never painted ! So much fun!

Cool concept. Paint and Pour Mobile takes painting to your local restaurants and bars. It is slightly different from other franchises as you don’t BYOB. I went to a Paint and Pour session at Union Street in Detroit. Scheduling: You preregister and pay on line for a painting date of your choice. They have painting nights all over Metro Detroit. Painting: You will arrive at your selected restaurant or bar to be greeted by the instructor. My instructor was lively and welcoming. Painting lasted 2 hours with all of the supplies included. You had the option of buying drinks from the bar if you wanted to(extra cost). She walked us through creating our masterpiece and I enjoyed it. It was an intimate setting and all the other painters were on «date night» outings. So if you want something to do with your sweetheart or potential then this would be a good one to try. Cost: Paint and Pour is comparable to other painting businesses in the area. I liked that it was a change of scenery from my usual painting. It would be cool to have dinner before painting and enjoy the artistic flow.

Great fun for our group of friends. We did Grow a Pear with Zack, who is AWESOME! Don’t worry if you’re not«artistic» the instructor leads you through step by step. We had several people in our group that said they were not at all artistically inclined and everyone LOVED their end result painting. We’re already planning on going back again. Moist!

I went to a Paint and Pour event at Studio West on a Girls’ Night Out and had a fantastic time! The host/instructor was funny, and gave just enough guidance to help our paintings come out well without being overbearing. I will be going back, but probably to their new studio space in Ann Arbor once they start having events, since it’s easier for me to meet up with people there!
