As a BBQ fanatic that passes this place every day, I finally had to ignore the oddness of the location and give it a try. The verdict is not good. I ordered the pulled pork dinner and asked to sample a slice of brisket. The brisket tasted like charcoal or maybe even kerosene. Got home with the pork only to realize I was given the sandwich which is half the price if the dinner I paid for. I was willing to overlook that though. But the pork was really saucy almost reminding me of crock pot pork. The beans looked and tasted like Bush’s. The Mac and cheese was really vinegary. All of this combined forces a 1 star review. I will say the workers are extremely friendly and seem to really care about their product. I hope my experience was just a fluke.

This is some of the best barbeque I’ve ever had — just solid, lovely meals, whether it’s takeaway for lunch/dinner or having some large catering sized portions for the holidays. Right now it is just a stationary food truck arrangement, but the owner has told us he is exploring the idea of a brick and mortar location in Brighton. Brighton would do well to help make that happen as I think it would be quite the draw to the area! The beef brisket is hands down the best I’ve ever had. I am normally biased toward BBQ pork but the brisket at Priceless is irresistible! The sides are fantastic, too — candied yams, cole slaw, smashed red potatoes and gravy, and his mac and cheese? I DREAM about that mac and cheese. Don’t get me started on the pound cake, because I won’t stop. Seriously, I will just keep eating it. SO.GOOD. If you haven’t tried it already, you really need to do yourself a favor and stop by next time you’re in the area. We have been busy over the holidays and since but we will be making the trip again ourselves soon!
