I had some ear issues and went to see Dr. Stern. He was great with offering different treatments, and got me the exact medicine I needed to correct the problem. I had a bit of issue with the office staff trying to get an appointment setup, but other than that everything was great.

Dr. Stern himself is a good doctor. His office is full of absolutely miserable and rude hags. They question my reason for calling whenever I call, cut me off, don’t let you finish a question, are not accommodating at all. I had read the reviews before going there, but it was the most convenient location. After this one visit a month ago I would rather be driving out of my way to get there than go deal with these cackling hens again. They leave the sliding window wide open and complain about the patients and you can hear them clear as day. Cursing and unprofessional, I cannot believe this office has been open for so long and has not been complained about more. Google around, you’ll find more complaints. And definitely find someplace else to go if you want to deal with good customer service and respectful people.

I went to Dr. Stern for Tinnitus. He did not provide me much information or point me in a direction for any information. Merely confirmed that my ears were ringing and had mild hearing loss. A few minutes with internet/google and I benefited/learned more. There are many reasons for tinnitus and he should have at least encouraged me to do some research and not assume my issue was just a basic reason. Frustrating to spend so much time and effort and get billed for not much medical help/advisement.
