We went to this T Mobile yesterday to upgrade my sons phone. Rosy helped us and she was excellent. We love this Brighton Location and their staff are always excellent. Thank you again for your help.

Lots of free parking in the rear. Dillion, Scott, and Arden were all great reps to work with. It was a breeze transferring 3 lines to T-​Mobile and we didn’t encounter anything negative. That’s a win in my book.

I bought a g-​slate tablet from this location after having a completely sub par experience at the Watertown store.
The reps are very patient and moderately informed. I say moderately only because I must ask «tough» questions… like «does this have bluetooth» and «can I use an external keyboard» and «what is the battery life.» Eventually, I got the right answers but it took a group effort.
My one complaint was that Stan took my G-​slate out to make sure it would turn on. He handled it much like a football and within two seconds of purchase my brand new tablet now has huge man finger prints all over it. Honestly it took much of the excitement of something new out of it for me. It’s small, but hey I want to be the first one to manhandle my new toy.
